Do you feel 'wasted' after a very hot day ?
Dec 22nd, 2016 at 8:27am

After a day of very high temps, do you feel 'wasted' the next morning ?

Try this.....

For breakfast, put about 350g of Passata sauce in a bowl, and consume.

You'll feel much better in about 1/2 hour.

Passata sauce seems to be a good and simple blood 'tonic'.

It works for me!

'Passata sauce' is a simple tomato pasta sauce [with no onions, herbs, etc].

All supermarkets sell 700g bottles [$2-$4].

It's from dehydration.
Drink a glass of water, it's free
you're welcome

If you are young anyway. If you are old you have to wake up and go to the loo

1. Broken sleep is what we all have. Getting up to go to the loo will only take 5 minutes out of your sleep cycle. When you get back into bed after having a relieving whiz, you have a more sound sleep for longer.

2. You would have to have a fairly poor bladder to need to have to get up and go for a whiz before 8 hours is passed between going to bed and getting up.

Spoken by someone who is obviously under 40.

Wait until you are older and you have an enlarged prostate. You will be going for a whiz at least a couple of times a night and it will play hell with your sleep cycles

I am only 10 months under the 40 years of age. Does that matter? I can get up and go to the toilet a couple times a night, if it is a cold night or if I did not go before heading to bed. Getting back into bed, I can fall asleep quite quickly. My sleep cycle is not broken. Just that drinking 400mL of water before bed does help flush the kidneys and makes it easier to sleep during the night.

You must be pretty out of shape if you only 40 and getting up twice a night to take a slash.

I don't need to go to the toilet twice a night, if I had already been to the toilet before bed. If I had something caffeinated or I had a lot to drink before bed on a cold night, or I had not gone to the toilet before bed. I can get up for a whiz up to only once a night. Sometimes, it is a matter of having 1 hour sleep, then being awake for a while before I decide maybe I need to go take a whiz to get back to sleep -- even when I don't really need to go.

People who DO need to go, obviously have some sort of medical problem. I am not arguing against that. I am just saying that you can sleep better being hydrated before going to bed. Feel better the next day.

Wash down a vitamin B tablet with a large glass of water before you go to bed. Cuts down a hangover quite considerably.
