A good news story

How was she ever convicted of manslaughter when you see how many murders are downgraded to manslaughter.

Good she finally got off, and good to see Adam Houda extending his client list past Middle Eastern gangsters and terrorists.

At least she initially only received a suspended sentence with the conviction though.

Ice is an ugly thing and rapidly growing in Sydney.

Had it been a single and first attack, I agree with the self defence.

But this was after several attacks, and she stayed.

She should have run rather than kill someone, even a call to the cops to take her away.

I do not agree with the murder of anyone if there is an opportunity to have escaped.

Did you read the article?

She had ended her relationship with him 2 months prior.

This is a failure of the law.
She should have run, or the law should have taken him away.....alive.

It should not have gotten that far, and no I dont think killing was acceptable.
It sets a precedent.

It doesn't you know.  Cases of this kind are rare, but this one is by far not the first, and the same eventual outcome.

Soooo?

We have an argument, make a fuss, invite the person over.........and kill them.

Then, because the person cant defend themselves, Because they are dead, we say we were defending ourselves?

Sounds like a plan.

Where does it say she invited him over?

We will never know will we?

But this is of some concern

Quote:
when she took a kitchen knife and repeatedly stabbed him outside her home at Marrickville on Mother's Day in 2012.

Outside, not inside, why did she not run inside and call the cops?.

Repeatedly , that means more than once, once would have been enough surely?.

My call is she felt her kids were threatened and went too far.
Not unlike this case. Hope he gets as good an outcome.
