Nothing annoys me more than damage done to my Cab and the excuse is that "I could not see because......insert whatever." Well, if ya can't see, ya don't drive the bloody Cab there! Ya get out and effn look to ensure you do know what is at a place you cannot see from the driver's seat.

Crap. You get out of the Cab with your torch. You use it to ensure there is nothing in your blind spot as was evident from the driver's seat.....usually within a few metres of where the Cab is, given almost all cambered down hill driveways.....and if it is clear, you drive on.

How hard is that? Better than running over a person who was in that blind spot, yeas?

I drove into everything. No way was I getting out of the car loaded with cash unless I had the area lit up with the cars headlights. Can't do that from the side of the road.

Imagine approaching this, and even worse driveway drop off:

At night, your headlights will not show what is in that blind area in the dip. Even at daytime, the vision you have will not show what is one the ground just beyond/below the dip.
