Terrified Italian women turn against migrants: 'It is not safe here anymore'

AN Italian town has been left gripped by fear after an influx of migrants has seen terrified women too scared to leave their homes.

Frightened females have taken to the streets to protest against the opening of a new refugee reception centre, which will welcome the arrival of more than 250 asylum seekers.

In front of the group are banners emblazoned with the powerful message: “No security, no freedom” as shockwaves are sent across the entire community of Aurelio in Rome.
Ilaria, 20, said: "We didn’t want the opening of a new centre.

“It is not easy to get around this neighbourhood at night.

"You feel followed, you feel observed. It is not safe here anymore. “

Soon-to-be-mother Eleanor, 30, added: "I no longer dare to go home alone in the evening, I call my husband after dark.”

Another slogan to support the protest read: ”Some Italians do not give up.”

One protestor, 63-year-old grandmother Simonetta claims she witnessed a migrant man masturbating in broad daylight. She added: "We must defend ourselves”.

But some protestors have taken matters into their own hands, with some camping outside the new centre to "watch the neighbourhood”.

Official figures show more than 420,000 migrants and refugees from Syria and other countries have landed in Italy since the start of the migrant crisis in 2014

With more than 28,500 migrants arriving since January 1, Italy has once again become the principal entry point for new arrivals into Europe, following a controversial EU-Turkey deal and the closure of the Balkan route up from Greece.

Many have had hopes of reaching richer northern European nations thwarted by a border crackdown, leading to overcrowding in Italian transit centres and camps.

The women of Italy should turn to Unforgivable who will be able to reassure them they have nothing to worry about.

The women of Bogarde73's mind should abandon hope and submit to rape and violence because this is Bogarde73's gift to them.

How old are you, 18? No matter, you could be 48 and you'd still be as shallow.

Should you be on a pedophile web site looking for under 18 victims?

European border officials are being pulled out of Greek islands over concerns for their safety, following a spate of riots and violence by migrants.
Since March, migrants arriving on the Greek islands have been prevented from moving on to the mainland as the European Union (EU) hopes to return at least some of them to Turkey.

But due to growing frustrated at the delay, the migrants have taken to burning down their accommodation and rioting, the Daily Mail has reported.

As a result, Belgium has taken the decision to withdraw its staff from the islands, fearing for their safety.

Belgium’s migration secretary Theo Francken told Belgian newspaper De Standaard, “The security situation has worsened. The atmosphere is particularly grim because asylum seekers, often single men, are stuck there and realise they cannot journey on to Germany or Belgium.

“Some express their frustrations in a particularly aggressive fashion. In recent days asylum agency staff have been targeted.

“We would like to show our solidarity with the people of Greece, but the safety of our staff is our priority.

“The Greek authorities must take action. I warned them several months ago. They have done too little.”

Last week 37 migrants were detained by the Greek police on Chios after a crowd of over 100 migrant men blocked a road, throwing fireworks and rocks at officers. The following night a makeshift camp for migrants was targeted and burned to the ground.

“Both incidents together have destroyed the places to sleep for some 100 men women and children. Today there was a third incident where …. stones were thrown and one Syrian man was seriously injured to his head and had to be hospitalised,” said Roland Schoenbauer, spokesman for UNHCR Greece.

Daily Mail via Breitbart.

If they are anything like their brethren in france, germany or belgium I  would say, being raped or killed would be top of the things they consider unacceptable.

But you could always got to italy and ask them directly instead of a third party, as he is neither an italian woman or one of the migrant they fear.

You really are a bit of a dill sometimes.

Everybody finds that unacceptable, but is it happening?

The article mentions no such activity.

So ... ?

They said they "feel like" they're being followed.

And they "feel like" they're being watched.

Really - that's it?

well you obviously have never been young and desirable..gweg...so we females can understand your ignorance...many years ago if a women walked past a building site the tradies would wolf whistle .. this was quite common...even a few cat calls..but after the event of Womens Lib  it stopped...females complained it wasnt nice it was disrespectful..and so on...

now all I am saying is..

if in those days it was the norm for young men to stand around in groups and stare or even follow a female as she went about her business....I am sure it also would have been stopped....it is totally unacceptable to be gawked at by a groups of young men....who are thinking god only knows what??....these females would not be in groups.. they would mostly be alone and worried....

like I said if you have never been in that situation...

cods, please concentrate.

There is nothing in the article that says they are being followed or looked at.

Absolutely nothing.

All they say is, it "feels like" they're being followed and looked at.

No reports of it actually happening, just "it feels like".
