I didn't doubt her, but it was a huge ask to reel in Red Excitement..!!

Magnificent. Watched it free-to-air .

Yep the Red Excitement crew nearly pulled off a boil-over. Well done to them.
I cannot think of another horse that could have won that race from that position.

She races again this Saturday.

That last run was a cracker.!!

The jockey Hugh Bowman said that once she's passed the two running second and third she thought she'd won. He said when she saw Red Excitement still ahead she just set out to run him down.

Absolutely amazing run.

Saturday should be an interesting Race Day. Winx is going for 20 straight wins.!

She is simply amazing. Took Hugh a couple of tries to wake her up after the turn, but I NEVER doubted her.

He hit her all up 4 times(?) throughout that final run, the most I've ever seen .. she normally doesn't need the wake-up. I'd take off the earmuffs ços she just snoozes through most of the race.
Longer races would suit her better.

The COX PLATE ... really looking forward to that.! Probably have one more race before then.

Thanks for the footage. Amazing. I'll be watching that a few more times yet.

She DID do it easy in the end, BUT watching, Bowman had to give her a few licks of the flail ..spaced from a fair way out. Most unusual.
But see those legs flash.... mind-boggling.

Perhaps she is getting bored ?. Hard to imagine I s'pose, but.. sigh... nothing can beat her.

Mind you... a RACE RECORD.!!!
