How the insidious Greenies try to poison the minds of our kiddies in the schools. Concerned Parents Treated With ContemptExclusive by Jack Cade 16/10/2016
The widely discredited Safe Schools anti-bullying programme is anything but and is leaving concerned parents misinformed about the sexualised gender fluidity curriculum that is being forced upon their children.NSW Minister for Education, Adrian Piccoli, recently misled parents and the general public when he repeatedly denied that teachers at the Cheltenham Girls High School had been told to use gender-neutral language.
Piccoli’s deception was exposed by an official 17-page Education Department ‘Teacher Toolbox’ that instructs teachers to, “Use simple strategies within the classroom teaching and learning activities, such as: de-gender language.” What that meant was that there would be no more “ladies”, “girls”, “boys”, “men”, “mister”, “missus”, “she”or “he”.Another of NSW Education Department’s distasteful sex education programs supported by Piccoli is the 2015 “Crossroads” program that teaches gender is not fixed. Most parents would fail to be overcome with confidence when they learn that Piccoli has not only employed the services of Mark Scott, the supercilious former head of the ABC as Secretary of the Department of Education NSW, but has asked him to review the “Crossroads” program. The “Crossroads” abomination says of children, ”They need to understand that gender is not fixed.”
Piccoli’s actions are taken despite a report by Patrick Parkinson professor at law Sydney University. Parkinson’s recently released paper says that statistics presented in the Safe Schools program were “just not true” and bear no relationship to valid scientific findings. Parkinson has rightly called for the withdrawal of the Safe Schools program.
Extensive studies conducted in the US, the UK and here in Australia indicate that the dishonest statistics presented by the Safe School program in its “All Of Us” documentation is more in tune with the lunacy of the “Rainbow” brigade agenda than it is with reality.
For instance, Safe Schools would have you believe that 4 per cent of all people – men, women, boy and girls – are transgender when in fact reliable studies find the figure to be somewhere between 0.35 and 0.52 percent. Safe Schools goes on to say that 10 per cent of all adults are same sex attracted, but again reliable studies put the figure in the region of 1 to 3 per cent.
NSW government MP, the Reverend Fred Nile, recently pinned Picolli’s ears back when he drew attention to the gross hypocrisy of those politicians loudly singing the praises of the Safe Schools program. The children of NSW Premier Mike Baird, Picolli himself, Victoria’s Premier Daniel Andrews and Labor party leader Bill Shorten all attend schools that do not have and do not support the discredited Safe Schools program.
It doesn’t stop there. The NSW Education Department institutes progress tests from kindergarten. This has resulted in private enterprise pre-schools introducing homework for 3 and 4-year-old children in order to prepare them for kindergarten. The following from the Sydney Morning Herald 25/9/16:
Kumon, one of the world’s tutoring multinationals with 4.2 million students around the globe and 42,000 students in Australia, has had its pre-school English enrolments surge by 63 per cent since 2011, at the same time as its maths courses have grown by 38 per cent .
At the same time smaller, local rivals are expanding, feeding into the perceived need to get kids up to scratch, as the NSW government institutes progress tests from kindergarten and the nation’s NAPLAN assessments grow in spectre. The Australian Tutoring company runs the Leichhardt centre and another in the north shore, while it plans to open another in the Hills district as the cottage industry swells to meet demand.
Really, I ask you, English and maths classes and homework for 3 and 4-year-old toddlers in pre-school?
The Australian Tutoring company runs the Leichhardt centre where Keep Learning manager, 24-year-old Natalia Festa, says “We send homework each week, just as a recap of what we did. They do that with mum and dad,” Festa goes on to say, “We don’t assess them, we just see where they are up to,” Seeing where they are up to is not an assessment?
Dr Shona Bass is author of the Australian Council of Educations Research’s guide to play-based learning says, “There’s absolutely no advantage to it, it’s wasting parents’ time and money,”
Dr Bass says the proliferation of pre-kindy tutoring was “what we refer to as the push down effect, where opportunities are being presented to children earlier and earlier all in the name of giving them the best start in life”, she says.
“But in most instances it’s the polar opposite, because little children need to be little children.”
Leftist media saturates the news. Fight back. Send articles to your friends, politicians, local media, and facebook.
