That is a typically idiotic Brian take on the issue. It's not about the numbers, it's about the intention and the motivation. More than twice as many Australians die in road accidents than are murdered - yet we still make murder a criminal offence. Numbers determine the risk in an activity. As I keep saying, you're more likely to be struck by lightning than you are to be killed by a Terrorist. Until you face that fact, Frank you're just a Chicken Little running 'round screaming the sky is falling... It is a totally irrelevant fact, Brian - that is the point. There is no counter-thunderstorm police unit anywhere in the world. There is no demand for limiting the number of thunderclouds people allow into their countries. There is no ideologically or religiously motivated thunder strike. You must be also totally relaxed about climate change, after all, anyone's chances of dying from rising sea levels is vanishingly small to non-existent. You should get onto the AGW sceptics speaker circuit, Brian. It is relevant, Frank. Until you address the risk, all your doing is shouting that the, "sky is falling! The sky is falling!" In reality there is more risk from being struck by lightning (1 in ~6,250, according to the US Weather Service) than you to being killed by a Terrorist (1 in ~20 million, according to Life Insurance actuaries). So, you can guard against both quite easily. Oh, and not all Terrorists are Muslim, BTW, Frank... Yeah, you can guard against Islamic terrorism by keeping out the Islamists: unassimilated, separatist Muslims who want sharia, ummah and the rest. The ones already here - deport all of them with their families and with the imams of their mosques. There would be immediate and lasting social cohesion, imams would be speaking out forcefully for assimilation. Why, when you've already decided to deport them? You seem to be making your usual, stereotypical assumptions about Muslims for some reason, Frank. FIOFO. Can't make it any simpler. Are you a Muslim? Fit in. Can't fit in? Farrk orf.
