Juliar is a poster who is posting dozens of posts a day, most of it copied and pasted from elsewhere and it is of sufficient volume that it is flooding the forum and stifling discussion.

For example, in this thread (77% = Humans 'ARE' Causing Climate Collapse), juliar has posted 11 times in 2 hours, most of the posts being large volumes of text copied and pasted from elsewhere and with almost no discussion taking place between this flood of posts.

Juliar also uses the same tactic to post up to a dozen new threads a day with text copied and pasted from elsewhere. By mid-morning, it is not unusual for half the threads on the first page to be created by this one poster.

We need reasonable limitations on this conduct or it will threaten the viability of the forum.

I do not recall seeing any boards flooded with new threads from her.

As I have said, we need reasonable limits on this conduct. If it continues unabated, it risks the viability of the forum. Worst case scenario - others seeing "juliar" doing it and getting away without sanction, think it's a good idea, start copying and pasting stuff of their own, we get into copy-paste wars, and the forum dies because the signal to noise ratio (original contributions vs spam) gets too low to make the forum worthwhile for others to visit anymore. I have seen it happen before.

Here is a link to one thread that is a problem. How surprising Shorty up in "Polls" - 28 replies, C&P responses from "juliar" at 6, 11, 14, 15, 25, 26, 27. Many of these posts are quite long, and these 7 posts have more than half the text in the threads.
