I have noticed circles around Brad Pitt's eyes in his recent movies... he looks jaded and older..... could be booze.

Simple to figure out. Its the prominent lips. It is considered attractive by many. Vis, Brigitte Bardot, Julia Roberts et al. Of course they thin out as they age. Being able to act would be a bonus, but not a requirement, as having sound judgement is not required in politics.
