Pleased to see someone else at least liked The Frisco Kid, not many people seem to even have heard of it. It was probably one of "Hammyson" Ford's better efforts too.
Gene gave me a few belly laughs in the movies, I liked his sarcastic/ironic delivery style and maybe being Jewish gave him an edge on that. It is their kind of humour it seems.
His religion, sexual preferences, political leanings, the medical state of his personal equipment, or even his dietary habits were of no entertainment value whatever to me.

I've missed that. We need more Wilders, and Brooks's and Williams. The world is losing it's sense of humour.
