That's a fair cop from you, a retired Ophthalmologist, married to a Lawyer who has a daughter who is a highly qualified medical specialist, and who knows that the Constitution ensures that the Lord's prayer must be observed every time Parliament sits.

aussie its time you took a course in "letting go".... Grin Grin

Nah, when someone has a go at me, I'll come back at them, always.  Simple solution is to cease the dumb vacuous attacks on me, and there will be peace. Simple, isn't it.

aussie nef admitted making that up she was having a laugh at everyone.. she isnt still pretending.. let it go..

if people own their faults or mistakes that should be the end of it..

give it a rest mate...i think its most unfair....you never admit to anything aussie.. you try to worm your way out of it or even change the topic...you have as many if not more faults than anyone... so I think you should stop dragging up the past....its like you have this place where you store people faults so you can bring them back to life as and when!!!!!! not nice aussie not nice at all..

nef btw is talking about what is current...and you did get a holiday... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

just sayin.

Cods, the thread was going fine until this was posted.

Unlike Nappy, I have never manufactured a fake background anywhere.

How would you feel if Nappy told you constantly that your Grandson does not exist and you made this whole story up?  Would you not remind her of her own 'crap on?'

Thank Nappy for that.   I'm out of here, and you can rabbit on about your fake Grandson and his fake Silver at the fake Qld Golden Gloves.

All is well.

Or the next ex-boxer we feed at the soup kitchen. There's a big fall if it's the only arrow in your quiver and you are not quite good enough. I expect that is not the case with cods gson.

my eldest grandson is taking part in the Golden Gloves boxing comp in Qld.. and I have just heard he was won all his fights and is in the final.. I am very chuffed for him.   I am not a fan of boxing but he took it up this year  and I try to support whatever they choose..... so I am bit chuffed for him..he never told anyone about his first fight here in Canberra.. even mum and dad....he won it but his next one was cancelled as he had a clot in his nose....which had to be dealt with.. I am not that happy he returned to boxing but what can you do...

it may be just a passing phase.. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Congrats cods, what a champ your grandson is! totally ok to brag too- i do.

I dont think coming second is a fail.....to me its the fact they got that far that matters.. he kept on going and giving his best...we cant all be GOLD medalists...but it doesnt make them any the less a champ...

give credit where its due...

whats so hard about that?..

he will be disappointed he didnt get the gold...thats natural.. hes a winner in my eyes
