In the United States, the police & firemen are not permitted to strike....the last police strike was probably over 40 years ago in Baltimore.

What we as a society need to understand is, you can take one position and not be against the other side.

We can and should be pro police. We can and should be pro black lives matter.

The two are not mutually exclusive. We should rally against the individual perpetrator. Be they a police or black.

We must accept that at times our police force is fallible. Sometimes they get it wrong. Sometimes a lone individual has a problem with black people. It is up to us to make sure that when a wrong is committed, no matter who by, it is rectified.

By only seeing one side as right we fail to see justice done
