So Longy in Adelaide is offline now?

I bet this was caused by privatization.

No it was driven by the delusion that renewable energy was a viable source of power for the state.

Once SA got disconnected form another state's filthy brown coal power station they turned into a 14th century backwater.

ABC 2 -

up to 22 transmission towers torn from the ground by heavy winds.

She won't be there long, come next election, I can assure you.  Smiley Smiley

she'll still be there for at least two elections and you'll still be crying.

Maybe you Northern socialist rednecks need to stop bludging, go to the work instead of waiting for the work to come to you, crying and trying to blame everyone else for your laziness while living off the taxpayer teat.

It was the fault of the windmills, they caused the storm with all their spinning. It's time we went back to coal.  Cheesy Cheesy

It's not good enough -

the transmission towers should be designed to take heavy winds.

Now - were they properly maintained?
