Last I read was an article from 2 days ago saying it had still not been ruled on. Hardly time to start worrying about it Aussie. The federal government is not going to flee the country.

Thanks Aussie. From the article:

There was a temporary reprieve in April when the Administrative Appeals Tribunal issued a stay against the revocation pending further court cases.

Justice Steven Rares directed the Minister to take all measures possible to release $5.2 million to the school which he said was "due and payable immediately".

This bit is interesting:

The Federal Court heard the new board at the school was still struggling to come to terms with compliance issues.

How would you describe that Aussie? Mindboggling incompetence? Or a deeply ingrained culture of fraud and deceit? Even with $19m up for grabs every year and the country's eyes on every move they make, they still can't get it right.

Not interested.  The Court ordered the Minister to cough, and it seems you don't care about a Government defying the Law.  Why is that, freediver.  Is the Rule of Law of no importance to you?

contrary to your ignorant stance on the law, it is not the police's job to sort it out.

If its a matter of criminal fraud or terrorist funding, as you have alleged both, of course its the police's job to sort it out. You even made an absurd argument that the police must be looking into it based on the logic that I can't know that they are not.

Have I ever referred to you that way?

Yes, many times, eg...

freediver wrote on Jun 12th, 2016 at 12:46pm:
Great. Here I was thinking you were a typical Muslim who considers appearances to be more important than truth.

freediver wrote on Jun 23rd, 2016 at 6:57pm:
How about 'someone who should at least care what the AFIC was getting up to'?

I do. Now see if you can understand the subtle difference between that and what you've been insisting I should care about.

Sure, but I am not going to freak out about a court order that is 48 hurs old Aussie. For all I know they could have already paid it.

And you can tell this by my description of it as 'not criminal'?

That is me arguing you are an aypical Muslim. Typical.

Sure, go ahead and explain it Gandalf. You care about what the AFIC was up to, but you don't think it is important what they did with all the money?

What on Earth do you mean?  Is it not your obligation as a Citizen to see that the Rule of Law is rigorously maintained?  Or is that just the obligation of Gandalf and his fellow typical Muslims to see wrong righted all the way, on each step of the way?

I say, FD, have you thought of telling a couple of porkies and just tricking Gandalf into saying it’s important?

That could work.

Doesn’t sound like you think this is too important, FD.

No worries. You keep working on G.

Establishing whether or not they misused the funds is important. what specifically those funds were misused on, once established that they were misused, is not (except for law enforcement in the case where criminal activity is involved).

The only important thing for interested parties to do at that point is to ensure they can't do it again.

Pretty common sense stuff FD.

It is important if it went overseas to fund terrorist groups.

It is also important not to baselessly assume that it did.

Why not, it's been done before in Australia.

Yes, Homo, the Lindy Chamberlain case highlighted this fact.
