I'm happy with my current cars.
Nothing fancy.
The Volvo XC90 SUV for the missus and munchkins.
I've got a BMW M135 1 series. Don't need anything big, it's just me.

I've never been obsessed on cars like some are.

You drive a Volvo and a BMW....but you've never been obsessed by cars.

Anyone here have any exerience with Audi cars?

(Well...apart from the fact that they're luxury versions of Das Auto cars?)

I work on medical research equipment built in different companies and have researched cars and 4X4s for years.

My experience is german stuff is overrated.
It's delicate and must be operated exactly as the manufacturer says.
they are arrogant about what they build and accept no criticism.

japanese stuff is excellent.

American stuff is pretty good.

Ok.

What about the English ones?

Classy, full of character, unreliable.

So.....it's Japanese and/or American eh lol?

Japanese or Japanese.

Maybe Korean, Hyundai or kia

Hyundais are definitely worth considering unless you're a "badge snob" - there still is a perception in some quarters that they're cheap and nasty, although these days they're not.  The same is true of KIA (I'm pretty sure the two companies are related) although, to my eyes the styling of the KIAs is rather clumsy and unattractive.

Interesting story behind that car. Hard to believe they were originally made as rentals.

Currently for sale locally - this 1957 Humber Super Snipe.

Engine & 'box are out, but are both there.

Interior very good.

$2000.00

Just wish I had somewhere to put it...  Angry Cry

My Dad had a 1952 Super Snipe when I was a primary-schooler.

That's part of your problem Bob. If you or parents had have put forward the dollars for a '68 Camaro 396BB, you would have been a queen. Instead you embraced a wild mare without an alpha stallion.

The Coaster is looking better the more I research it.

Lots of them around, so repairs and spares are viable.

They have toyota reliability and driveability.
You are not towing anything.
Truck tyres, so fewer punctures.

A diff locker might be an idea.
