There is no link to the document so I can't post that. I have a DVA report on Agent Orange that may be of interest to many ex and current servicemen who "lurk" (like me!) on these boards

For things like this (I've sent sheet music this way for e.g.) I have used dropbox in the past. It works as a sort of public download folder you can put anything in. Set up the account, put the .pdf file in there and send a link to the dropbox. https://www.dropbox.com/
