Julian Assange is a hero. The truth will set him free.

He will be eligible for compensation.

In a decent world, yes.

Sadly, at present this world is anything but.

Not surprised to see the usual suspects here championing a suspected rapist.

Yes, I recall the supposed 'rape' as being consensual sex and 12 months later a claim of rape. A more bogus set of charges could not be created in fiction.

The real underlying purpose is somewhat obvious, sadly.

The women involved were paid by USA to file these charges after having consensual sex.

These two women are now outcasts in their own society for paid treachery. They don't appear in public often because they are despised by decent Swedes.

The charges were an attempt to have Assange arrested in Sweden so he could be extradited to USA where charges are being prepared in secret.

Oh yeah, and wouldn't the US of A loved to have gotten their hands on him, after all.

Hope he gets compensation for all that treachery against him, just because he exposes the real evils.

BTW....Julian and I have something in common....we both went to the same secondary college  Cool

Our 50th anniversary produced a magazine with many class photos, and yep, Julian is in there.

I did invite him to the reunion....much to the amazement of the committee at the time  Grin I knew he couldn't attend giving his circumstances, but I said, it's the principle, I had to extend an invitation just like all other ex-students and teachers were getting.

Most people accept that it is a bogus charge designed to get him to Sweden so that he can then be extradited to the USA.
