What is the evidence that 'strong men aren't exactly thick on the ground in Europe?'

What a weak retort.
I would have just ignored it if that was all I could come up with.
ok, ok, if you insist.
Quote:To these individuals, strong European women are ‘easy’ and easy victims; they have respect only for strong men – and strong men aren't exactly thick on the ground in Europe.
What is the evidence that 'strong men aren't exactly thick on the ground in Europe?'
Quote:A recent survey conducted by the Pew Research Centre shows that the number of young men in the US who want to marry has dropped to the lowest level ever recorded.
The underlying reasons could very well be because modern relationships have changed, defacto relationships are rising, and people prefer casual sex. Big deal. What does this have to do with a lack of masculinity, or how is a lack of belief in religious marriage anyway a stat to demonstrate a lack of masculinity?
Quote:Since the 1960s, modern mothers have raised their sons to be women, soaking them in feminine values like accepting responsibility for household chores, being caring, understanding and attentive, and bend to every wish of the woman. This has produced a generation of soft, insecure men, who are out of touch with their masculine nature, identity and strength
Oh? Doing household chores is now a genetic thing is it? I'd love to see the study that shows a man shouldn't naturally clean the dishes, or learn to cook.
Quote:Today, many boys also grow up with no father in the home and have no male role models. The average modern Western male has been feminized, with no knowledge or habit of manly virtues like courage, resolve, self-sacrifice, justice, temperance, self-reliance, self-discipline and honour.
My favourite line paragraph. What horsesh1t.
1. Rape stats across the western world have reduced since men obtained more respect for women. That's a fact.
2. Men these days are a lot more self reliant than the men of the pre 1950s, who could only ever wear a wife beater and demand bacon and eggs because they didn't know themselves how to cook an egg. People's specialities, or skills, have also been more streamlined as a result of societal evolution, not because men no longer want to hurt their fingers hammering in a few nails to fix a door.
3. Self-discipline - drinking rates are down, health of men is up, rape is down, smoking is down, wtf is this woman on about?????
4. Honour - Again I'd love to see the stats she uses to claim men are no longer honourable, as opposed to pre-women rights era.
5. Justice and Temperance - one thing to think about with Europe: Most countries still do national service, and most men (and now women) participate in national service. So to suggest somehow that the idea of justice and temperance has disappeared is absolute nonsense. Justice isn't about 'you rape a woman I'll go burn down every one's businesses.'
This woman writes as if the reason why german women were raped in Cologne on News Day by immigrants was because the local men weren't raping them. That's basically her argument.
I will agree that the attempts to hide the rapes by authorities is stupid and wrong, but unfortunately almost proven justified by the nazis who then went ahead and decided to burn down private businesses. But that is not a sign of 'feminism'. That's a sign of dumb policy. In the end, the reason that these rapes occurred is because these male dominated cultures are a little backwards, perhaps because they haven't had the reach of feminism. And these men think of women as objects, especially white women who they see portrayed on TV as enjoying sex, so of course why wouldn't they enjoy sex with a complete stranger on the steps of the railway? That's the cause. It's not the 'lack of masculinity' in society. Males masculinity is in tact. It isn't determined by whether the male is the breadwinner in the household and gets to come home, get down to his underpants and wife beater, and demand a steak for dinner. No, masculinity is in fact defined by courage, resolve, self-sacrifice, justice, temperance, self-reliance, self-discipline and honour. And all of these virtues have been on the rise in Europe, not in decline. Especially when we compare societies in Europe with man-dominated societies in developing countries across the world. 70% marital rape in India is enough of a stat to demonstrate this columnist is a nut who has no idea what she's saying.
We've been implored to "get in touch with our feminine side" for as long as I can remember. You should be proud, because you've done an A+ job of that.
