I either get treated with a bit of respect or forget it..

Your post was treated with respect.

I addressed every point you made.

Which responses do you disagree with?

several of them... but that aussies style and I hate it..

ok.. you dont want to be polite.. thats fine I call it disrespectful  so I take it this is it...suits me.

I have treated your posts with respect, and I have been polite.

What part of my response do you disagree with?

I do not like the way you print it out... its child like and I DONT LIKE IT>>

now if you are going to do your other aussie act of repeated questioning.. please move along because that is my intention...

and I am happy to start another thread on this topic... as it interest me...b ut I am not interested in going down another road of pure frustration...

so lets leave it at this and I will move along from this thread.

I do hope we can agree on this one thing..

You hate honest answers based on facts and objective reasoning, and thus consider those providing such answers to be disrespectful.

I see.

That's merely your subjective opinion.

The majority of adults in this forum prefer that format.

Was there anything in my post that you disagree with?

So are you a Solicitor?

Nothing wrong with that.

Have you instructed Q.C.s in Murder trials?

Your posts are like fairy floss Gregg, sweet but nothing in them.

The reality is as I said, like a nice little sucker fish, you have swum alongside Aussie and run off his posts all the way through this.

I am still waiting for you to make an original comment of your own.

You are either paraphrasing Aussie or you are using Aussie's logic to broadside cods which you seem to have some strange fascination in attempting to tear apart.

You have tried to pull me down too Gregg but you have about as much irritation to me a single mozzie...and I swat mozzies.

My posts are like poison to you, because they contain facts.

You post subjective opinions, based on "gut feelings".

We are very different.

I am a Solicitor, but for 15 years I specialised in Criminal Law, and often conducted my own Jury Trials doing the work normally done by a Barrister or QC, never in a murder trial but plenty of times in other serious matters including rape.  I was also quite successful in Magistrates Courts, so much so that the Cops eventually ceased using their Copper Prosecutor and engaged private Counsel to appear against me even in minor traffic type matters.  That did not change my success rate at all because the problem was usually lazy or incompetent police work and witnesses.

And yeas, I have instructed many QCs and most of them are now Judges, even in the Queensland Appeal Court.

Yes Aussie, I have been to the odd trial where a Solicitor ran it. No Murder Trials, the odd Armed Robbery rings a bell. Usually see the Instructing Solicitors about the place in all trials including Murder Trials.

And......I've done four Murder Trials, perhaps more.  Four, off the top of my head.

"In this particular case the Court of Appeal, the highest court in Queensland, has looked at all of the facts and all of the law," he said.  http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-12-08/gerard-baden-clay-wins-appeal/7009464

Highest court in QLD.

Facts.

Law.

None of which is a match for Red Baron, though.

Here is the link to that quotation.  Potts is the current President of the Queensland Law Society, a Solicitor who is the Principal of a well known and respected Criminal Law legal practice.
