I think I worked with a fellow who had the Mad Max beast. I'd hear his 12-cylinder monster skidding out of the car park and up the street where you could still hear its roar a mile away. I'm damned if I know how it was legal.

I saw him one night in his old Metal Chev break a wheelie bar with the car lifting until the rear bumper on the track... the car came slamming down and to the side of the track.. just an incredible thing to see..
