If they allowed the Barret MRAD it would reduce the number of guns some people have.
It can be configured in .260 /.308/.300wm/338lm with a quick change barrel and bolt to change calibres.

You could have a .308w and convert it to .300win mag by changing barrel and bolt in less than 5 minutes.

They are not allowed here because the folding stock which causes hoplophobes to crap their pants.
barrett.net/firearms/mrad

The Gap 10 would be a nice semi auto, the AR platform allows calibre changes by swapping a complete upper in around 2 minutes.
I would take one in 7mm-08 with a spare .308 upper

Then he shouldn't own it he can't maintain it. Gun ownership isn't that difficult.

revolvers don't jam

a semi auto will jam if it fails to fire or feed it will not fire again until you clear the dud round.

I have a couple of favorite guns.
The main reason they are my favorite is because they are made from wood, and can therefore do no harm.
Both are models I built for my daughter for her cosplay costumes.
In real life, no one could use them, they would destroy your arm, wrist and shoulder.

This is as close as I want to get to a gun
Enjoy

Yes you do and even though it is very tiny ...

Another size queen.

Perhaps you and Sir Booby should get together.

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.

And envy, dear greggery, is just that.

Enjoy, boys.     Grin
