My backs a bit 'tweaky' at times.
Over the years I have learnt to help it.

Things that have helped are :

1/ Stretching. Esp the 'touch your toes' posture.

2/ Build core strength.

3/ In winter, keep it warm.

a nice hot water bottle on a sore spot helps as well..yummo

very important to take care of your back- hot water bottle and stretching good ones there. And a good bed- very important.

ah what is a good bed??? my son in law swears by latex mattress have you tried them ag??>.. I like comfort I use a feather and down pillow but they dont last long and are expensive...but if your back is out or sore it affects everything doesnt it?
