Yes but I'd call that a lack of self confidence on her part.

Has she ever considered she might be pretty boring maybe?

Plenty of people got on with his really well who aren't Young and pretty

I've acknowledged his achievements. There are plenty of crappy people who exceed their goals through will and ruthlessness. His marriage helped him immensely and ended in betrayal. You respect that?

Margolyes is gay and old and fat. She hardly expected him to hit on her - just treat her as the intelligent, respected actor and comedienne and colleague that she is instead of dismissing her as nothing.

I can't believe you're defending what he did. If someone did that to you in your office, you'd laugh it off?

Norton is a great host, and he has some great music acts on the show (Muse the other night were very impressive). I suspect that those who don't like him are probably homophobes. Takes all kinds, I suppose.
