Not using it .. but abusing it.
it wouldn't be the first time someone everything was sure was guilty turned out to be innocent. Our legal process works the way it does for a reason. Sure, it sucks to know that scum like that get to waste tax dollars, but change the system and we become no better than half of the despot nations we criticise for their crappy justice systems.
Prisons full of innocent people, just ask them. they are all innocent.
see anyhthing here which actually points to his innocence?grounds including potential prejudicial media during the trial and that police improperly obtained a confession. No, I don't, but I am not intimately familiar with
all the facts. To put it as it is, his innocence was never on Trial. His alleged guilt was. That can only be concluded if a properly instructed, uncontaminated Jury decide so beyond reasonable doubt based on legally admissible evidence.
Lisa, who went to Uni, and knows these things because she studied Law, will be along soon to prove me wrong. She'll say ~ 'Hmmm....interesting. Wrong as usual,' and that'll be that. QED.
She is busy now with cleaning up after the BBQ, doing the washing, and looking after the beans. But, you just watch! She will blow my google expertise right out of the water.
