Been going downhill since:-

a) Bob Hawke sided with the big end of town against the pilots while politicians voted themselves a higher raise in pay then the pilots were seeking

b) Malcolm Fraser's government deemed it wise to install affirmative action for women and minorities in the public service on the basis of deliberate preference, leading to the launch of the MADIF with all its unplanned consequences, and resulting eventually in permanent poverty for a significant percentage o the Australian population through high unemployment and the sheer impossibility of keeping u with two incomes for those with only one in a disintegrating relationship sphere promoted and escalated by that same government.

One woman's meat is another man's poison, and equality can never be attained by robbing Peter to pay Paula, who is married for life to Petros while Peter cops divorce from Peta at the drop of a hat and thus they both lose it all time and again while Paula and Petros keep the lot intact and prosper on two incomes for life....

Ban Social Engineering alongside the GST....

First (i) two decades after the massive Keating/Howard assets sales we are feeling the devastating loss govt revenues and (ii) two decades after the massive Keating/Howard assets sales we are feeling the inevitable increases to the cost of living due to the massive sell of government assets. Time to take back the farm
