I find it interesting that the people who work for Defence don't seem to have any defenders.  Why?

No one to push the paper around means the troops will starve, have no bullets to defend us from the terrible Terrorists and their trucks and tanks won't run due to lack of petrol!  Their planes won't be able to drop any bombs and their ships won't be able to turn the boats back!  Looks to me like the Government just shot itself in the foot.  Again.
