Why are people pretending to themselves and others that the Putin we see today is not the original Putin?

All anyone need do is photo comparisons. The current 'Putin' has a completely different brow width to the original

all the plastic surgery attempts have failed to provide them with a convincing Putin

skin colour -- the original Putin's skin was sallow, greeny-yellowy-grey

the current Putin's skin is PINK

Brow-width, bone structure, skin tone do not alter as one grows older

There is a fake Putin in the news. Only the blind could fail to notice
