So greater temperatures, more water vapour in the atmosphere, less rain -  got it.

Edit: what is the time frame for the 2C?

IPCC relies on RCP 8.5 to achieve this. And ALL the underlying assumptions have to be TRUE before we would reach that.

And that is very unlikely.

RCP's do not include albedo.
