Rescource bottlenecks will be the problem when we all realise at the same time that we need to take these things seriously.

Edit: what is the time frame for the 2C? IPCC relies on RCP 8.5 to achieve this. And ALL the underlying assumptions have to be TRUE before we would reach that. And that is very unlikely. RCP's do not include albedo.
