Isn't when you try to post something really short on here - or when you do posts in rapid succession?

*** I mean that's what causes the warning.

I've never had that warning... unless you mean my life ban from the sub-fora 'Politicians Suck' !??!

Maybe I had the warning invented  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy  Smiley Smiley ?!!?

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

We live in sad times when an old school yard term for ejaculation has become a tech term.

Next they'll be telling me a "fur burger" is a clogged CPU fan.

Knew a few nice young girls who's name was Gay - now apparently they are hairy males that still like little boys, not sure what happened.

Or I would assume if someone was actually impersonating his IP.

It occasionally used to happen to me too, sometimes from too quick posts. I assume that if the system tries to process multiple inputs from the same IP it may assume that one of them is a fake.

Spoof is also used as in a movie, parody of a film, to spoof someone can be to copy them to make fun of their characteristics. IP spoofing in this sense is to emulate someone else's IP.

A spoofing attack is a man in the middle attack, make of that what you will.

In computing nerds are known to use words with sexual connotations - if the word is a bit sus it is usually exactly what it was used for.

i.e to open up a network card to allow access to all the network IP traffic is to make it promiscuous, it can and will root anything. Not as in the root of the file structure or the root account which is another one.

Dongle, firmware, groupware, joystick, frak

WYSIWYG - what you see is what you get.

Broadband - an all female rock group.

Does any one remember the Floppy disk. I have found as I aged that I can occasionally emulate one.

Had a GF once who asked me for more RAM, I think that made it consensual.
