Better pic Bobby. Looks very meaty. I wonder if there is a mushroom version. I'm kinda restricted to my cell until the weekend, so I'll look in the shops later.

Sorry to hear Unsub. Cold and Flu are good for you. Helps build up your immune system naturally and keeps nastier things at bay.

Tonight is super lazy meal.

2 cans of diced tomatoes (australian)
A handful of fresh cherry tomatoes
A few handfuls of sliced mushrooms
8 beef sausages, good ones from Vic Meat
One chorizo sausage
Salt, pepper, sprinkle Italian herb

You literally put all the ingredients into a slow cooker, the sausages can be frozen, doesn't matter and walk away for 3 hours.

The flavor from the sausages, and particularly the chorizo infuses into tomatoes and actually tastes really good. Only use good quality sausages, (not the ones Monk shoves through a hole in the fence)

As do I, but it makes the presentation look like what they serve to oldies in a nursing home.

Tonight I'm having a celebratory dinner with some lawyer friends to welcome in the new POTUS.

I'll be dining at C Restaurant.

Calling the Uber now ...

In your lean-to or by the Billabong.

No jolly jumbucks about?

PS ... your meal doesn't qualify because it's been 'had' and not in the process of "having".

Please don't thank me. Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

Growing near a Billabong.
The rain has made the blackberries grow like mad this year.

It's been cool with lots of rain this summer in Melbourne -
the blackberries have grown wild everywhere.

I had 3 more big plate fulls since I posted that photo.

I don't know if they're wild, but we've been buying them fresh. Really good.
