ALL my favourites!!   Except for the oysters.  Where is my invite?   lol

Tonight is a night off for me so I made some cheese scones    Grin

Tried a recipe for lemonade scones and they are awesome!!!  Light and fluffy and oh so easy!!

This recipe is probably better with jam and cream rather than cheese because you can taste the sweetness but they went down really well and I didn't have to fiddle around with rubbing butter into the flour.

3 cups SR Flour
1 cup Cream
1 cup Lemonade

That's IT!   Mix it with a knife and bake.

Crust, really?

OK it's better than Domino's Hut but it's still commercial crap.

I wouldn't say no to a cheese scone, but I'm perfectly OK with the good old plain kind.

I've told them we're eating all the bloody leftovers from yesterday.

Why?

That (grain fed organic) lamb roast was bloody expensive!!!

I've been a bit take or leave it but after Saturday,  maybe it was the best Lobster ever but I loved it.

This client has a huge entertainment budget,  he just says order whatever the heck you want, let's see how big we can make the bill.

Crazy.....
