Diversity has always been Australia's greatest strength. Imagine how much stronger we'd be with a treaty with our First Nations people and proper parliamentary representation of them.

I would have said similar of the USA until recently but they kinda jumped the shark.

Poor old boomers. The modern age is so vexing for you. All this non whiteness and people being different from you and stuff everywhere.

Meanwhile, i'm having a blast. Love being surrounded with new and interesting people, food, music, culture etc. It's a brilliant way to live.

Yay for multiculturalism! Made Australia great.

Not for this 62 year old Aussie:

Very sad. But crime iss not reserved to any group ... there's just bigots like you who propagate manipulated data to stir up unrest and ill-will.

The overwhelming majority of people who migrate to this country are peaceful, contributing members of our society.

Some ethnicities are more criminal than others.
Some ethnicities are more welfare dependant than others.
Some ethnicities are more antagonistic to Australia than others.

Conversely, some are more productive, fruitful, positive than others.

There ARE significant differences between migrant, ethnic groups and cultures.

That's a contradiction of terms.

Australia said NO.

Thousands of Muslims surrounding St Patrick’s Cathedral in Melbourne during an Islamic parade.

https://x.com/NoticerNews/status/1942562060677910774

The crowds gathered in the city centre to observe Ashura, a day of mourning where Shia Muslims worldwide to commemorate the death of Imam Hussein, and marched from the Treasury Gardens, past St Patrick’s, to Parliament House for a speech, and then on to Spring Street.

Photos and videos of the parade show a huge crowd of black-clad mourners praying in the park before heading along the parade route, many with Palestinian flags, waving banners and moving in unison while singing and chanting.

“The level of intimidation Christians would have felt to enter their Holy place is off the charts. This cannot be allowed to happen.”

Hundreds of other Australians agreed, with many saying that a similar march by other groups would soon be shut down by the authorities.

“Two tier policing right here. Can you imagine a march of (far right) Christians encircling the Tarneit Mosque? The police would be all over it,” said one person.

“They are showing disrespect to Christians who accepted them with open arms as migrants in Australia. So wrong!” said another.

“Let Christians encircle a synagogue, and you’d see public order police, attack dogs, tear gas, batons, rubber bullets and arrests galore. Why is that?” asked a third.

That's only if the cops get to them first!  Mussos don't call the police.  They call their own ... and within minutes there'd be hundreds of violent, machete wielding, baseball bat wielding, armed assailants smashing those infidels to a pulp.

And probably getting away with it too as our govts are too frightened to take on the mussos as we have witnessed time and time again.   Angry

Indeed. If anyone behaved towards Muslims as they behave towards Christians, Jews, Hindus, the screeching if "Islamophobia" would be deafening.

Its what you make of it, it can be a good thing if you make the most of it and get the best results you can. On the other hand you could just complain and look for negative things and call it a bad thing, but that is not going to help anybody, in fact it will make your life worse than it needs to be.

Diversity is where countries go to die.

Ireland wanted to get rid of the English - only to import a bunch of vibrants from Pakistan and Africa. Scotland, ditto.

England struggled to with Irish separatist while importing millions of Muslims hot for the Ummah. The king, the defender of the faith,  is hosting Eid festivities in Buck House. That is not a one off, that is now going to be every year.

The Habsburgs couldn't keep together their little empire comprising their neighbouring people. They beat back the Muslims from Vienna a couple of times over the centuries. Now Mohammed is the most common name of Viennese schoolboys.
