Yahoo 7's obsession with sexual deviance

Has anybody else noticed that?

To check my emails, I go to the Yahoo 7 home page. This was one of the headlines:

Man pleads guilty after 'marrying' 12yo

A man charged with having sex with a 12-year-old girl whom he "married" in NSW is set to be sentenced next year.

There was a long silence at Sydney's District Court on Friday when the 27-year-old, who cannot be named, was asked to stand and formally enter a plea.

The man has been charged with having sexual intercourse with the girl on at least three occasions between January 11 and February 5 this year at Raymond Terrace in the Hunter and elsewhere in NSW.

After he failed to get a response from the man, Judge Norman Delaney said: "I will ask the question again, `How do you plead, guilty or not guilty?'"

"Guilty", the man eventually replied through an interpreter.

Police allege the man married the girl in an Islamic ceremony in January.

His "bride" has since turned 13.

The girl's father has also been charged over the "marriage", with the court hearing the 27-year-old is due to give evidence at a trial into the matter next year.

The man has had his student visa cancelled and is now in immigration detention in Villawood.

He is set to face sentencing proceedings in February next year.

All fluff, little substance, and designed to appeal to the bogan element. A bit like their TV stations. I use their e-mail facility too, it is one of the better 'free' ones.

free... its all men.. sadly what is your take on that,...

I have often wondered how males feel...[kat aside]..when they read this type of thing.. over and over again....a 10 month old baby is in intensive care after being BASHED..by a 32 yr old male..

I am sure you are horrified...but being a male what do you think drives a certain type of male to go to this level?????....

I know we have a few females not nice either...but I always think they may have more than their share of male hormones...which does happen..they are usually of the gay agenda..

I avoid Yahoo home page like the plague. It is slow to load as it has so many graphics and rolling ads that you have to try to bypass before you can even see where it is that you want to go.

I just type in "Yahoo mail" into the Google search bar, go straight to the email login and thus avoid their home page completely.

Cods - MEN (not males) are shocked and angry when they hear things like you cite... why would anyone consider they would be any other way?

The vast majority of hangings etc in history have been by vigilante gangs composed of - you guessed it .. men... angry men... VERY angry men.... who hate, loathe and despise preverts and other lowlife much more than women ever can...

Personally I can't see how anyone could enjoy sex with a 12 year old... gives me the creeps...

Well, I must say you have manages to almost totally misinterpret my post in order to make me a 'bad guy'.

And you seem to also imply that I bash/support bashing little kids.

I commented about the Yahoo7 home-page here, Cods, not some bloody kiddie-porn site.

At NO stage did I comment on the story in the link, either pro OR con.

And no, it's not porn, it's a (ugly) story but yes, it is presented tabloid-style.
