I used to enjoy Boston Legal.  James Spader is brilliant and pairing him with William Shatner was a stroke of genius.

I've never seen that show.

It's a comedy?

Me too. My husband and I have 30 Rock marathons. I also like Arrested Development and The Office for a good laugh.

I am warming to the Inbetweeners. I used to hate it but it's growing on me.

Yeah, the Inbetweeners TV series is good for a laf.  The cinematic version of 2011 fell flat. Haven't seen the 2014 sequel.

Breaking Bad is probably my favourite show of all time. There's an excellent thread here about it - I will find it for you later. Thee were some funny moments...the hydrofluoric acid in the bathtub debacle made me laugh.  I've never seen Mad Men.

The Inbetweeners movie had its moments - we will probably see the sequel at some point.

Raven once watched Keeping up with the Kardashians with the missus.

The fact that they think people take them seriously had Raven nearly dying with laughter. Raven literally couldn't breathe

Quoth the Raven "Nevermore"

Raven would rather ask questions that may never be answered, then accept answers which must never be questioned.

You are right, the acid in the bathtub debacle was as funny as it was gruesome.

The spinoff to Breaking Bad should be debuting soon:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/08/25/better-call-saul-teaser_n_5708131.html

Technically they label it a 'dramedy'.  It was well written and well acted with moments of thought provoking drama creatively intertwined with hilarity.

The new series has a lot to live up to. It can't be as good as Breaking Bad if it's going to be as successful - it has to be better.

Here's the Breaking Bad thread I mentioned earlier:

The US version of "House of Cards" with Kevin Spacey is well-written and well-acted.  Not sure if it has ever gotten me laughing but it always surprises me.
