Wrong forum.

And my personal view is that the original moon landing was faked so the commies couldn't get there first and punch a massive blow against the greedy capitalists.

If it wasn't faked then how come it can't be replicated with the same material and knowledge base.

You mean other than Apollos 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17???

Grin

Exactly.

Why would NASA fake the Apollo 11 moon landing and then follow up with 5 more fakes (would have been 6 if the Apollo 13 mission hadn't been aborted)?

Mind you, I've heard some tinfoil hat types say that only the Apollo 11 landing was faked (to beat the Russians to the moon) and the rest were real. Roll Eyes

Even if that were true (and I don't believe for one minute that it is), then it still proves man landed on the moon at least 5 times.

Then why didn't the Russians of the time, make the claim that Apollo 11 was fake??

the argument that defeats that is that the Russians were years - perhaps as many as ten years - behind the americans and everyone knew it. The Russians never went to the moon and never had a viable program that was ever going to get there.  the yanks wanted it done in the 60s to fulfil Kennedys promise.  And they did it.

the Russians had every motivation in the world to reveal a fake as well as the technology to prove it, but they didn't.  That is a powerful argument for the truth of the landings although the best are now the actual photos of the landing sites by moon orbiters.

You can ask Buzz Aldrin, but you may not like how he reacts.

That may be a bit hard given I don't know Buzz, nor anyone who may know Buzz (as far as I'm aware).

But surely such an event as seeing the trillions of souls partying up in the cloud would have been reported, had it been seen?

Don't think the partying in the clouds bit has been reported, although I think some of the astronauts did describe the journey as 'a religious experience'.

Of course, you could always send him an email or a letter (perhaps care of NASA?)

Quite. Its not that it can't be replicated, its that its too costly to replicate. Theres no point now going back to the moon unless its with the express purpose of colonization.

No evidence whatsoever it can be attributed to George Orwell or Eric Arthur Blair (in fact the same guy)

If you mean Bigfoot, doubt it. If you mean God or gods, then no absolutely not. (unless they spotted Bifrost)
