A Victorian mother who turned to medical marajuana to treat her daughters debilitating seizures after all other treatments failed is regarded as a criminal under Australian law. Even though the non psychoactive treatment has almost certainly saved her daughters life be reducing her daughters seizure to zero, the state regards her as a menace to society.

It makes you wonder who the real criminals are in society ?

But anyway, couldn't they say it was necessary to save the kid's life? Doesn't that get them off the hook?
