Question is whether we can do anything about it anymore. Modern Democracy is a sham. The last generation who even had a chance were the boomers. Instead they allowed themselves to be bought off. Now look at the state of Western economies in a Globalised world. Democracy hasn't been tested in a long time. If it had to come to that, people would be in for a shock. This was all carefully planned and managed.

, it was just an over simplified example. While my friends went out to parties, i stayed home and studied for test's and exams, today i'm at university while they all have jobs Mac/Kfc, becouse i worked harder instead of doing what was 'cool' my future is much brighter then theirs.

Your article does say they are acting within the tax laws therefore no laws are being broken.

I have held Westfield shares for over 20 years they are pretty good Frank is a smart man who gives the shareholders a good return.

Do you ever see vacant shops in any Westfield shopping centre,when you do it is time to sell your shares. Wink

With franked dividends they have already been taxed at the 30% company rate before being paid to the shareholder,i then have to pay more tax on these dividends as they are considered income.

The government takes taxes off you at gunpoint, if you dont pay your legal tax obligations they will throw you in jail
