Matty running in Northern Territory

The news is in, leftards. Matty will run for the federal seat of Lingiari, covering the Northern Territory, the Christmas and Cocos Islands.

Matty will be running against Labor's Warren Snowdon, who has held this seat since its redivision in 2010. It will be a tightly fought campaign. Mr Snowdon currently holds the seat with a margin of 13.9%.

Matty welcomes all your best wishes and thoughts for his success.

The race is on, leftards. There is finally a new way in Australian politics.

It has emerged Matty was not only attending meetings at the Denedin branch of the Liberal party while living in exile on the shaky isles. It seems Matty also underwent gender correctional procedure and Matty now lives as a middle aged women that calls herself Tina. It was a brilliant ploy of Matty to do this, it gives him, or her, much more cred. It is against forum rules to post pics of other members so I can not post up a pic of Matty but if you would like to see what the famous elusive Matty really looks like just google Liberal candidate for Lingiari .

The jury is still out on whether it was a smart move politically for Matty to become a 50 year old woman.

Yes, he might win Lingiari for the Dunedin Libs, but will a woman be able to take the reins from the hard-hitting Mr Abbott?

The Dunedin Libs have no pockets, they all wear kilts. No underwear, either. They have grizzled red beards and carry broadswords. Not very civilised, Dunedin.

Personally I am delighted Matty is running in NT. With any luck he might run right off the edge.

It’s lucky we were here to pull him back. Most 21 year old students get up to a little tomfoolery here and there. Matty’s probably the only one who’s ever been elected to run the country.
