I often lie awake wondering why the tomatoes were attacking. Was it something to do with the human confusion of them being fruit or vegetable? It definitely needed a sequel. What made Tom mad?

Reply #17 - Jun 1^st, 2013 at 3:56pm 'Attack' wasn't the worst movie, it was intentional satire, not a serious flick, check out Plan 9 From Outer Space ( which WAS a serious film) to see the difference. And from memory there was at least one sequel to Killer Tomatoes.

I was going to eject the disc after 10 minutes (which is very rare for me), but I decided to see it through to the end (I needed to kill a couple of hours before I went out anyway).

I saw the whole thing at the cinema, watched it again on dvd, and have recently watched it free to air on television. Though I can agree about the acting, I doubt that this movie was going for anything other than horror movie creativity. In other words, they weren't going for Oscar nomination.

Oh, the depths to which that movie sucks is kind of mind blowing. If my wife hadn't forced me to watch till the credits under the "we paid money for this so you can damn well sit there and watch it" clause of the husband/wife dynamic it'dhave walked out of the theater. Could not you have made that conclusion before you went to see it? Just basing it on the previews on television and the movie preview, it was a movie to be missed. I saw it out of pure curiosity.
