Politics in your country
May 13th, 2012 at 12:41am

Hello, my friends, from far off Pakistan, in Arabia. Is very good to talk politics. We can learn much about each other and the worlds. Everyone is friends, isn't it?

I would like to come to your good country. I would like to know answer. If I work hard, save monies and learn to speak English like an Aussie, can I be welcome in your good country?

Also, what do I need to learn about politics? My father is very well connected man in PNP. He would like me to follow in his footsteps as politician. I already know much about American consitution and British law, especially corn law.

If I come to your country, can I become politician? I have friends in Australia who is a specialist. He can make $180,000 in a year.

I think you can make more than this in politics, yes?

Sure God created man before woman. But then you always make a rough draft before the final masterpiece.

Actually, when I lived in the UK, I used to read "The Independent".   Never touched the guardian or telegraph.

I dont think the Independent still exists. Not time for centerist views in this world. You must choose an extreme side.

It's not about taking him 'seriously' - after all, he was a stand up comedian before.

Do I agree with him? Yes, quite a lot. On Islam, he is spot on. He is also right on church cant, in case you ask.
Do I agree with him always? No.

Put it this way - he is far better than his detractors. Far better. Exposing the Granuiad like that - how could he not be?

No, not 'as opposed to'.

Listen to what Pat say on the vid about "Guardian readers".
