a man who blow up a school bus with children on the bus in deliberate is not any more than a terrorist.

Nothing more.

I give to you definite comment that when i go into the army we is told 100% not to fire to youths without expression permission of Tel Aviv.

You can see the difference i am sure.

So if Tel Aviv did give the ok, you'd become an instant "Terrorist" ?
