Now in the 2nd video, we examine Awareness – one of the 3 fundamental qualities of your deepest state of Self. The purpose of this video is to guide you into your Awareness state and educate you about Awareness while you are in it, so that you more clearly understand what you are experiencing.

Awareness is an empty open state free from change. Truly, not much can be said about Awareness. Usually the more a person talks about Awareness, the further the person move away from realizing it.

For this reason, I will not talk at length about Awareness. Instead I will invite you to recognize your Awareness. You are always being the Awareness. Creating it is not possible. The recognition (realization) of it is all that can be done.

many blessings beloved being

as one such as I am would have the care to step forth

and offer a simple meditative instrument and technology

that will bring unto your awareness the divinity and light within you .. and so take a DEEP breath and relax

visualize a diamond WHITE LIGHT within thine heart now ,

experience sense and acknowledge this light as it intensifies and concentrates even further with illumination now , breath DEEPLY

send the breath and extend this light down deep into the earth at the very center core .. feel the expanded awareness there

thus and now feel the divine energies rise up from the sole of thine foot now from this beloved planet you sit upon in this moment , watch observe and pause here

bring back to the very center and core of thine sacred heart now and breath once again in love and gratitude

gently push this diamond WHITE LIGHT up through the very tip top of your head and observe this LIGHT 1 meter above your head now as a crystaline plasmatic sphere of energetic DIVINE LIGHT .

realize this is the energetic construct and essence of your spiritual and divine source LIGHT and is separate from your physical body

gently allow this LIGHT to descend as it expands within your being once again and feel this cascade down through your body and again rest in the center of thine being now

this LIGHT resides within all beings upon your world

on a soul level .

here endeth the lesson

so let it be written so let it be done if

one may have the care and yet either way

be at peace
