Message from the Galactic Federation of Light 7/6/12 ‘Raising Your Vibrational Frequency’



Where we come from are worlds and places within this universe that are not only a great distance from this planet, but that are in many cases places that distance is not the only obstacle to travel to where it is we call home. There are other differences in the locations of some of the places the members of our organization call home. There are different dimensions throughout this universe, and each dimensional realm requires of its inhabitants a certain measure of knowledge, wisdom, understanding and experiences to enable a being to rise to the vibrational frequency of that realm.

We who are your friends and your extended family members have traveled here from a higher dimension. We, in many cases, have traveled down through several dimensions to be able to offer our assistance here in your world at this time of great change and opportunity. We have, at a great expense of time, effort, energy and resources, burrowed down if you will, through the dimensional layers to arrive at the doorstep of your lower dimensional home. What we need from you, the people of Earth, is for you to somehow find a way to raise yourselves to a suitable frequency range where we can at one point meet each other for our reunion, and which will enable us to begin working together on the many projects necessary to advance your world to the standards of a galactic society.

Together we can meet this challenge head-on and conquer it. There is nothing we cannot do once we combine our will, our resources and our powers of creation and manifestation. We can do this; we only need your assistance in this matter and this is why we speak to you today about this, to highlight some of the things that you can do to raise your frequency levels to a level that will allow us to reach down with hand extended and pull you up beyond the dimensional ceiling that today rests above you, so to speak. We ask all of you who wish to participate in this project of the meeting of our two dimensions to do away with what anchors you down into a lower vibratory existence. Shun the behaviors, the habits, the tendencies, the interests, the hobbies and the time spenders that weigh you down like stones tied around you.

We suggest to you to make a list of the things in your life that you suspect may add to the weight of these stones, and make notes of what it is you can do to cut away these stones from you that will allow your natural buoyancy to rise you up through the depths and burst out and beyond this 3rd dimensional realm that many of you have called home for too long now and feel inside it is time for something else. What is it that ties you down? What are some of the habits that you know deep down inside no longer serve your higher good and purpose? What are some of the thoughts that are negative in nature that constantly pass through your mind like a train keeping a daily schedule? What is it you can do to derail this train and stop it from passing through your consciousness tomorrow? These are some of the thoughts we would much prefer to see more of you entertain. We would suggest more of you spend more time thinking of much more positive outcomes to your problems, difficulties and challenges, instead of entertaining the negative prospects or outcomes of these experiences. We feel this simple alteration to your game plan will help many of you tremendously raise your vibration almost instantly to much higher levels.

We would also recommend many of you cut out, in many cases completely, certain foods and beverages that act as poisons and toxins to your vibrational frequency. By these foods and beverages we mainly suggest to you to avoid an over indulgence of foods laced with preservatives and sweeteners and other ingredients which cause very harmful effects to the human vessel. There are so many ingredients and preservatives in your foods and beverages that act as anti-ascension medications, and we say to you that many of these ingredients have been purposely designed, manufactured and inserted into your food supply by those devious and cunning minds of your criminal cabal who will face justice for these actions as well, as there are no crimes that they have committed against you, the people, that they will not face justice for.

Help us help you by following our advice in this area. Cut down on the amount of foods that contain a great deal of harmful preservatives and additives that are not necessary for you to maintain a healthy diet. There are many repositories of information about these additives throughout your online network, and we suggest to you if you do not already know which additives and preservatives are harmful to you to do some research. We feel in just a matter of minutes you can assemble an adequate list of the ingredients that you should avoid the next time you shop and stock up on your food supply.


We feel with just this one simple alteration to your daily schedule, your vessels will immediately reap great benefit and reward for your efforts. We would like to see a number of you sharing your wisdom of better diet and nutrition and the harmful effects of some of these additives throughout your online communities, and may we suggest you also share what you have learned today of how many of these ingredients will lower the vibrational frequency of your vessels and will act to hamper your ascension in one way or another if suitable changes to your diet are not made. We do not wish to frighten or instill fear or undue worry or concern in anyone. This is the last thing we wish to do, as fear will not allow you to prosper to your greatest potential as well, however, we feel this is certainly an area of importance, and although there are some of you who may experience a certain level of fear learning that there are harmful ingredients added to your food supply, we feel the majority of you reading these words already fully understand this and we also believe many of you have already taken appropriate steps to purify your diet of these harmful additives.

We will be monitoring those of your world who have agreed to assist us in these types of studies in these areas, and we look to see improvements and a rise in these beings vibrational frequencies when alterations are made in their diet. We suggest to you to cook and prepare as much fresh foods as possible, and supply your homes less with prepackaged foods that possess many ingredients in order to preserve it, as many of these preservatives are very harmful and destructive to the human vessel. We also suggest to you to avoid certain types of artificial sweeteners as well as alcohol, tobacco, and all other mind altering drugs, even in many cases prescribed medications, as many have great harmful effects to the human body and certainly act to lower its vibrational frequency.

We understand that there are many of you who do not like to hear us speak of what we feel are benefits to the exclusion of the use of mind altering substances for those of your world. We understand that many of you have a strong kinship with these drugs, and we have not come here to tell you how to live your lives. We also have not come here to pull the wool over your eyes, if you will. When we say to you that the use of mind altering drugs are affecting you in negative ways and that we feel it would be best if you alleviated this habit, tendency or recreation from your lives, we can back this up with vast amounts of collected data from not only this world, but from many worlds throughout this universe, as your planet is not the only planet that has invested in the use of mind altering substances.

There are many worlds and many types of beings who have in one form or another experienced and continue to experience use of these types of substances for many different reasons, and some of these reasons are the same reasons many of you partake in this use. We only suggest to you to curtail your use of these substances, as we feel this period in your lives is not a time for these types of experiments and experiences, but that this is a time to get busy and to give as much of your energy and attention to the great changes not only possible in your world, but possible in yourselves that will allow you the gift of a key that will unlock an entirely new reality for you.

Considering this, is it not a worthy cause for you to take a look at in examination your recreational or even medicinal drug use, and make an effort to make some positive changes that will see a more positive outcome for you? This is all we suggest to you. We are not ordering you or telling you what to do, as we do not have this right and we do not wish to have this right as this interests us not. What does interest us is your higher good, and we only make suggestions that we feel if followed will lead you to your higher good and your higher self that exists in many cases just a step above and away from your current state and being. We wish those of you who feel inspired or motivated in some way from our discussion today to make an effort to make the changes that will only lead to improvements in your life and more enjoyable experiences of a higher vibrational level in your future.

We are your higher dimensional counterparts, and we have traveled here to help pull you up to where it is we today call home. We are the Galactic Federation of Light.

2012 New Crop Circle Shows a DNA Change

Crop circles have been seen since the 7th century, before two guys appeared before BBC and made claim that they created the crop circles with sticks and rope. Could these two men that make this claim have created over 10,000 reported crop circles in 26 countries?

Crop circles that are so geometrically complex, that you have to be a mathematician with a genius level of intelligence to create them? For example there is a double helix of DNA strand type of crop circle, that would be impossible for humans to create. With a closer look the grain stems are arranged in a concentric manner. When entering a crop circle, knives, watches have been magnetized, people have felt tickling sensations on parts of their bodies and it appears that dogs, cats and other animals avoid entering a crop circle. People have heard twilling sounds coming out of crop circles.

Before crop circles are formed, people report the appearance of UFOs, such as a tube of light, or small bouncing lights. It appears that the military is quite interested in crop circles, because the military has asked farmers to immediately harvest their grain even if it's ripe or not, so other people will not see the created crop circle. Are we being visited by the Circle Gods who leave their messages in fields of grain?

When hoaxers try to replicate crop circles, they can't even get a circular precision down right, let alone complex symbols. The plants should be destroyed by the circle creations, but yet they survive. Upon closer inspection we see intricate designs that have been called the wreath, bird nest, cane hut, dorsal fin and the teardrop. One crop circle looks like our solar system in every detail, except that the Earth is missing. The complex Julia Set crop circle was created in broad daylight with witnesses around Stonehenge and it must have taken 1.17 minutes per circle to be created. Other circles are in 3D.

People claim that UFOs appear anywhere from 6 to 36 hours before there are appearances of crop circles. The Circle Gods are trying to relay a message to humankind, they send down their silver colored spheres the size of tennis balls or beach balls to create these messages in the grain.

Beloved souls, I greet you all heartily from this NOW moment. The time has come again for me to step forward, which I lovingly like to do in honor of all of you. Let me greet and embrace you in my most wondrous Light of warmth and Love, of purity and essence. I love you all so dearly!

Let’s start from the beginning today, from your point of Evolution/Ascension from where you now depart to the next and big leap towards the bigger Ascension. What you have accomplished up until now is that you have duly reached a high level of enlightenment, my beloved Ones. Never underestimate yourselves and be proud that you have already achieved this point which in itself is a most precious milestone. Long has been waited for this level of achievement, long has been laboured to reach it, closely working together with many of us and with many Galactic civilizations.

As to your incarnations in these times, we can honestly say that they are representative of the totality of the Galaxy as each of you could be descendants of a constellation around your solar system or of one far beyond that. Assistance and enlightenment are therefore guaranteed and we, being the Ascended Masters, offer our help in myriads of ways by also incarnating into this Realm.


As has been often stipulated to the world population, we come to guide and assist you in this time of enlightenment. In fact, we already are present amongst you and we are open and receptive to new ways of communication. Just think of the gift of telepathy, the abilities of which are increasingly growing stronger now because telepathy will become the new, enlightened way of communication. In a telepathic way, much information is channeled and transmitted nowadays and this leads to an everlasting contact for days on end into eternity. This entails the new and enlightened way in which all starts solely from your own I AM Presence and where no identity of the Higher World is seen as an outsider entering your own physical body as a ‘stranger’. We are all One, so we are no ‘stranger’ to each other but rather acquaintances, up to the point to even being each other!

This pure form of communication will bring much assets to the fore and it is, in these special times, flourishing in order to serve abundantly with regards to free communication. There is no end to it, it doesn’t entail any charges, it doesn’t need repairs and it certainly doesn’t need electricity to function. And it all exists within yourself! It is You. We, as the Ascended Masters, lend a helping hand in these times of fundamental changes and we assist in activating these gifts within yourselves. As always, it is up to you to do the work as we are only assisting, empowering or polishing it all up. The incoming enlightened energies take the leading part in all of this and moreover are also assisting you in this respect.

What is also in store for you is a time of great prosperity, enlightenment, harmony and Love. These virtues will set into your pure hearts causing the awakening of the souls. You will experience memories although not in all cases and the current used, developed gifts will claim lots of attention and energy from you. These gifts want to let themselves known to you to get your attention in order for them to get fully manifested and become active. So focus your attention on your gifts, when the time is ripe they will come to the forefront of your consciousness. Than give them your undivided attention and your input they require to come to full expression and explore how far you can go in this endeavor. Allow  your positive intentions to create what is needed in this world and remain positive, no matter what! Be Love and Be Light for that is the way in which I greet you cordially, being the Master of enlightenment in abundant Love.

DNA Activation is a reconnection of your original blueprints for life to a higher degree, and as you continue on your path of life you will connect yourself back to yourself deeper and deeper. The Answer of course lies in the connections made within the sacred space of the heart, which can be accessed by breathing, focusing on your heart (Organ & Chakra), and practicing unconditional love of ALL.

Love is not just an affection of another or a feeling you get, but a pure vibration that which everything resonates to at its core, and if one can feel from the space of the heart, one can truly know themselves. It is a choice, and if you choose to follow a path that is destructive, then you will continue to create exactly that.

Notice with the Cayce predictions, only number 10 is about reality or what's really important. And it's just common sense anyway it will eventually happen.

Not much of a prophet then.

You, our beloved and hard-working light-workers, are needed here on the planet, to continue to hold the light and to be examples of how to live in the new energies. We encourage you to play with the energies, first to see if you do sense any differences. Some light-workers, although very awake, aware and able have not yet tapped into their higher abilities (clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience and others). Do not fret or be disturbed by this apparent lack that you may be experiencing. As the tension and stress attributed to the old energies begins to leave your bodies, you will begin to naturally open up to feeling, seeing and hearing new things. Other abilities will also manifest as your higher selves begin to be able to merge and anchor into your physical body.

Work on learning to balance and calm your emotional body, as it is one of the sensitive bodies that absorb a lot of information, but which is blocked when you are upset, angry, and anxious or in fear. Clearing the emotional body of fear will enable you to access higher functions of intuition. And do learn to take a moment or two (or much longer) to spend time with yourself in a quiet place so you can listen, simply listen for the quiet voice within. If you feel that it is yourself talking in your head, you are correct. What is being said is another issue. If your ego is trying to dominate the conversation, the message will be controlling, even negative in its wording. In contrast, the voice of your higher self will be gentle, calm and sometimes even funny. Our messenger can attest to the humor of her guides; she has enjoyed many a chuckle or laugh due to a wry comment or two.

There is much to learn or remember for now you are opening up to the realization that you are truly multidimensional beings, existing at once on many different planes. Your higher bodies communicate with other soul extensions and members of their soul monad or families, as well as communicate with other greater beings whose “bodies” encompass planets, stars and even Universes. We do not relate this to make you feel intimidated, but to encourage you to explore your new world, step by step, in a manner that will not lead to overwhelm.

Seasoned light-workers are being situated to offer assistance, if needed, along the way to fifth dimensional living and you may call on us, Father-Mother God, the archangels, the angels and ascended masters, as well as upon your galactic brethren for assistance. For now, this assistance will be mostly on an energetic level, but in time when more of your population are feeling better adjusted, our assistance will become more physically apparent. Particular dates and predictions will not be given out as that only leads to expectations and disappointments.

To quicken your own personal ascension, we encourage you to look out sources to teach you meditation and relaxation techniques. Listen to how you feel about anything that you explore. If your body begins to tighten up and you feel stressed or anxious, then whatever you are exploring is not for you. You are in charge of your ascension. It is a process, but can be speeded up according to how much you apply yourself to the “work”.

And there will be some who float naturally along with the energies and do not have to do any work that is apparent to an onlooker. However, be aware that many light-workers have embodied with little or no karma, and have already attained ascension in other worlds and planes numerous times. They are here with you to anchor a greater light quotient to keep the energy level of the general population high enough to sustain the continuance of the ascension process for all. In doing this sacred work, they are contributing to the Whole of Creation, for the entire Universe is being affected by the work being done here.

We are quite pleased by what has taken placed on Earth. From the darkest, most dense planet of the third dimension she has literally been transformed. And she will, again, take her rightful place as one of the most beautiful planets existing within this Universe. We hope that many of you will choose to linger upon her as she is raised up in vibration and becomes as bright as a star. There is much to be done to heal her physical body, but also much potential for the use of creative energies to assist in this work of the new age.

If you are still experiencing disappointment and sorrow, please call upon us for comfort. Our nurturing feminine energies can bring a relaxation and release to whatever is bothering you. It is possible that you also may need to work on journaling or doing some other inner kinds of work as this great change will bring up much that needs to be healed. In the process of everyday living in 3D, much was stuffed down in order to be able to function in the restricted manner in which the 3D world required. While it was never meant to be so restrictive, it became so. The resulting traumas and emotional upsets are still stored in the tissue and cells of your physical body, manifesting as pain, heat or cold. Call upon the healing angels and the gentle Arcturians to assist you in these healings.
