Greeting Dear Friends and Family of Light,

The new energies are opening up for you new qualities of being. You have been tasting these on and off for some time now, but at last the reformatting of your bodies, is for many of you front-of-the-pack awakened ones, reaching resonance with sustained experiences of these qualities.

With this availability emerging, we felt -- the Council of Light, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light and the Archangelic League -- it was time to come together and speak to the New Human's qualities in way that is clear and will distinguish this for you, from previous versions of human expression.

5 Distinct Qualities of the New Human

The New Human has 5 essential qualities of experience, which are now available almost entirely sustained, for those capable of also generating sustained resonance. These experiences are:

Sovereign Energy Fulfillment
Neutral Perception
Loving Awareness of Eternalness
Passion, Creativity and what you call "Purpose"
Exquisite connections with life in all spheres of experience.

It is through achieving a regular experience of these qualities that one can confidently feel they have entered and step fully into the New Harmonics. So with this template in your awareness, you can practice and focus on that within your experience which opens up these experiences more, and that which helps you sustain them more. Each of you who are awake and participating consciously in ascension have tasted moments of these experiences in full bloom. I would like to describe them a bit now so you can have ample ways to recognize them.

Sovereign Energy Fulfillment

This quality relates to how are present, and how you feel energetically and how this is craeted. It speaks to your clarity. It speaks to your energy level. It is noticed when you feel energetic and in the flow throughout the moments of your day. When you find that you have a sense of being fully resourced from within for the energy you desire. You can recognize the difference in this approach from the old patterns in that when you don't feel good you pause. You go within. You see what is in need of your attention. You recognize that not feeling good and/or feeling tired, means you've somehow gotten out of alignment with you. When you are in alignment with you you have plenty of energy, clarity and your emotional state is quite uplifted. In the old energies when you didn't feel good there would be responses, that might have included (in no particular order): projection of blame onto others, reaching out to others to "get some of there energy and feel better," picking up the phone and calling someone to tell them you don't feel good (another way of using someone else to connect to source rather then going direct). Going direct is the essence of Sovereign Energy/Fulfillment. It means you are self-sustaining from within. You are now in such sustained alignment with all you are, and have built the energetic capacity to be in this state, so you feel good to great nearly al the time, have plenty of energy and clarity, and feel at peace with your life and capable of generating what you desire.

Neutral Perception

In this experience you have enlarged enough energetically to see all expression of life as perfect. You are not triggered by contrast or differences. In fact they strike you as quite beautiful. You can "live and let live" not by tolerating others, but by actually trusting sincerely in the diversity and valuing it all. Neutral does not mean not-caring, it means seeing the value in all forms of life, in all states of life, in all expressions of life, and not judging one as better than another. In this state of being, physical well-being is generated. Resistance is gone and the body begins to build and mend at deep levels. Physical radiance, balance and well-being are a by-product and the youth-ing of your physical form spoken of in anticiaption by those aware of ascension, is in large part, created by Sovereign Energy/Fulfillment combined with Neutral Perception.

It is my greatest wish to bring forth my light and love to connect with your being so we may share a
moment of peace and truth within and as the radiance of the Creator. I wish to support you at this
time of tremendous transformation by sharing with you ways in which I believe will add your path
upon the Earth.
The key words for this time upon the Earth are Love, Expansion, Soul Integration and Intuition,
and Freedom. These words can be expressed and understood in such a general way and yet to me
they offer focused and supreme guidance to aid further insights.
Love is to connect with the humbly loving essence within your being and to allow it to emanate and
merge with all aspects and expressions of your being. It is to discover from within how you can
enhance your current experience of love and how you can anchor more frequencies, vibrations and
experiences of love within your being and reality. It is to allow and permit yourself to gaze upon every
situation and idea in your reality from an ever flowing abundant fountain of love. You are encouraged
to explore the love of the Creator first within yourself. How do you feel when you radiate the love of
your being? How do your actions and thoughts alter? Remember that the love of your essence which
is the love of the Creator within your being is different to the love that you might share with a physical
person or animal upon the Earth. The Creator’s love which resides within you is unconditional,
doesn’t expect anything in return but simply wishes to exist in a state of beingness in space, peace,
simplicity and gentleness.
It is through the radiance of the love of the Creator through your being that you achieve expansion.
Not only does your energetic field and aura expand becoming strengthened but you allow yourself to
exist as and with the consciousness and awareness of expansion, thus experiencing and existing in
the limitless and flowing energy. No longer do you limit yourself but think, act and exist beyond
limitations. The limitations I speak of are self-imposed limitations created by yourself and bound by
you into your own energetic field and consciousness. Sometimes these limitations can be enhanced
by others in your reality because you attract them forward to confirm your belief systems and
limitations that you have created.
Soul integration and intuition asks you to focus upon the essence and truth within your being, allow
its natural flow, influence and rhythm to unfold from your being. With the allowance of love and
expansion so the soul is able to achieve integration and you are able to focus upon and experience
integration thus accepting that there is a powerful source of light within your being which is your
power, strength and guiding light. It is your treasure and all that you need for your earthly journey.
Your soul intuition is wisdom, insights and thinking which are beyond the current focus of your mind,
offering more evolved and insightful thoughts drawn from a larger picture, consciousness and
understanding of and for your reality.
Freedom is the result of all previous processes and yet freedom can be obtained without conscious
understanding of the previous processes. Freedom isn’t to exist without responsibility or
commitments but is to free yourself from suffering, pain and chaos within your physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual bodies, in fact within all aspects of your being. Freedom is to permit yourself
to exist in the peace, love, consciousness and focus upon the Creator within your being and within
the universe for a greater percentage of time than not existing in remembrance of the Creator.
Gradually your focus upon freedom will allow for experiences of freedom, which is actually a joining
with the vibration of the Creator, each experience will allow you to soar and fly high until this is your
constant position of existence.

Let these words, their consciousness and your experience of them settle within your energy as you
focus upon Love, Expansion, Soul Integration and Intuition, and Freedom. Maybe allow yourself to
gaze at the words for a while or repeat them in your mind as you bring your entire being into
attunement of experiencing these words and their focus in their limitless loving entirety. Can you
sense the energy of each, their opportunities, creations and designs for your own being and reality?
By allowing yourself to focus upon each and sense their influence upon your being you will allow
yourself to discover and find each energy within your being, activating and accessing each as if it is
a dear friend with a great sense of familiarity. You will begin to notice and sense the power collected
within each focus and when each focus is combined within you a powerful radiance emerges.

I wish to encourage you to approach every situation, experience, challenge, idea or new awakening
with the understanding and knowledge that you already have the answer. So if your perspective is
that a problem has risen within your being or reality, you can alter this perspective by acknowledging
and reminding yourself that problems do not exist because you have the divine answer to everything.
You may wish to notice that with my suggestion your ego rises as you are willing to accept that you
have all the answers to help yourself and others, or maybe you will shy away from my suggestion
affirming that you are not good enough nor are you spiritually advanced to hold all of the answers. I
encourage you to observe your reaction as I say that from now on you have all the answer to ensure
that problems are erased from your reality eternally. Allow yourself to return to a space of humble
lovingness and then observe that which I share with you.
With the focus of Love, Expansion, Soul Integration and Intuition, and Freedom you have an answer
to every perceived problem in your reality. When a perceived problem arises bring your focus to
Love, Expansion, Soul Integration and Intuition, and Freedom and affirm that these words are your
goal, the answer and the solution to your challenge or perceived problem. After all it is Love,
Expansion, Soul Integration and Intuition, and Freedom that you wish to create in every present
moment of your reality and so they will always be the goal, answer and solution. You now have the
ability and the consciousness to face anything in your reality or that you create with the inner
knowingness that the solution has already manifested. You can ask yourself, how can I create love?
How can I dissolve limitations to experience expansion? How can I draw my soul to integrate and to
share its guidance? How can I experience freedom? (Meaning how can I be as one in vibration with
the Creator?) You are asking these questions in reference to your situation. Remember that most
often the situation is your creation and therefore has developed from within your being. No longer
are you helpless but you are equipped with all that is needed to aid an easy path through your reality.
In many ways it is not even needed for you to ask these questions of yourself but to instantly begin to
focus on Love, Expansion, Soul Integration and Intuition, and Freedom bringing greater volumes of
its energy and consciousness into your being and your reality, knowing that you require nothing else
and everything that you do require can be manifested from within your focus upon these energies.
You are now existing in a reality that is more and more influenced by energy; your energy. It is your
energy, perspective and focus that influences your reality at a greater percentage than ever before.
This signifies that there is a need to turn your attentions to energy and focus as a key and answer to
moulding your reality, experiencing all that you desire and aiding your ascension process. Can you
truly believe, accept and assert within your reality that you already have the answer to all situations
that may arise? It is the truth, it simply requires patience, focus and practice as you attune yourself
more fully to the energies.
In this moment allow yourself to be observant of any areas of your reality or being that you are
uncomfortable with and affirm to yourself with growing knowingness,
‘I am the answer and the divine solution, the answer is Love, Expansion, Soul Integration and
Intuition, and Freedom, this is the outcome I experience, I choose to experience it now and merge
my experience fully with my entire reality. From my focus the most blissful and required manifestation
enters into my reality. I am already the energetic result that I acquire, the divine answer.’
In many ways there is no need to think or solve problems because the most divine insight will arise
from your focus and complete faith that you have the answer. Allow yourself to perceive your reality
as energy, if the most appropriate energy is in place then it will naturally unfold into physical
manifestation, you do not even need to understand the physical manifestation but you may be
guided to physically act in order to aid the outcome you desire which is always and eternally Love,
Expansion, Soul Integration and Intuition, and Freedom.

There has been a great shift in the energies these past days. It is integration and fusing of the higher levels of self, LIGHT Quotient and those frequencies into the physical atomic and cellular structure. ISON's energies are upgrading and changing the H2O of all consciousness as it comes through. I have not had words or understanding that I could relate to others in video format these past months and until yesterday I was not fully understanding or relating to that which I feel in my own field. I have fused with it now.

It is interesting that happened 22 years to the day after 144,000 of us joined in unified focused thought and doing our ceremonies, the Wheels within Wheels mentioned by Ezekiel in his book chapter 1 so long ago... That it has taken 22 years now to bring our planet and humanity into a shift was not something I could relate to then... Most of us felt we would be off 3D Earth by 1999... but isn't it funny how things shift as we are ALL ONE... The rest of the collective of humanity did not want to be left behind... hehe, and that was what 9/11 was all about, and more. So Thanks Team Dark for that!

I also thank everyone who has been working with me on the High Energy Exchange which allows me the funding to do projects I manifest... That is working well...

I was guided to go up on Shasta yesterday and do Gatekeeper work. Every time this occurs, we get a wave of light – witnessed sometimes as magentic storms, flares, or solar wind blasts – within 48 hours. Between the light entering right now (good litmus test for your process; it is VERY strong today), the Full Moon on Wednesday, and the intersection with the path of ISON on the 16th, it’s definitely a high-vibe week.
ISON’s dust trail is highly charged with new light particles bringing new forms of life and support for the upcoming masks-off-kachina months. It is also billions of years old and highly radioactive, so if a rock lands in your yard, don’t touch it. And don’t call the News. Let it anchor what it is supposed to anchor and keep it outside on Gaia.
More Division of Experiences
(note: this isn’t judgment, it is Spiritual Maturity):
1. Folks on the Ascension Path will feel expansive in the chest and crown, Light-Hearted, dizzy from the magnetic balancing act of Gaia, and giggly as our DNA and DMT kicks up a notch. Integrate the Higher Self as deeply as you can; your Higher Levels may make you feel like you’re on psychedelics at times. Water, rest, exercise for the integration into the body.
2. Unawakened to the Light folks will be triggered emotionally, mentally and physically – that is ongoing as the frequencies increase. Confusion, outbursts, distortions are heightened in the lower levels.
Evolution is evolution
The collective does not have a conscious choice as to whether or not mass awakening will occur. It already has, and their Higher Levels are in on the plan of how this unfolds in our collective reality. This is one of the fun parts of awakening; remembering you were in on the game the whole time. Keep this in heart as people awaken and remind them of how brilliant this passage is right now.
BE the path of Mastery
- Let us Be patient – patient as the Ascended Ones have been with us. You should feel this now; the patience of true Mastery.
- Don’t take the collective shattering personally. Use emergency guidelines here: Affix your mask first before assisting others. If someone is flailing, you cannot save them from drowning if they grab onto you. Get them to relax or brace yourself for a struggle if you insist on engaging with them.
- Anchor this light into the Planet and HUmanity as best you can. Be the Higher YOU in this realm, right here, right now. Bringing Heaven to Earth, one moment at a time.
- Focus, dear Wayshowers. BE the example of Ascension, and treat others with detached compassion. Walk away when it feels like you are trying to fix something that cannot accept your help. I know it’s hard to watch, but so be it. The waves are waves for a reason; one big blast of this and … well, you can see what would have happened to HUmanity if this were a one-moment-one-big-pop kind of dimensional Shift.

I anticipate there will be phases of hide-from-the-crazy-people coming up. Times when we will be so deep in our Ascension that the outside world will have to wait for our assistance. We are not there yet. Be the Light and do not apologize for the affect you have on others. It is purposeful. Level up and be the Unconditional Love for our dear brothers and sisters.
Align with the Heart Center
Put your hands on your chest and feel your Heart Center. That’s not a chakra, it is the Source-Point of your existence. Within the Heart Center resides the intense Omnipresent Light from which all of your experience comes from. If you choose to align with pure Source Light Intelligence in this journey through the Shift, everything important will be generated from here.
Take a moment to feel it. Find your Source-Point. Sense where it is in your chest. Put your hand over it and anchor into it. Breathe into it and exhale a Heart breath (Ahhhhh). Align with the Self-as-Source. Feel the flow of pure light through the heart which connects you to Source. Your pure Creator beingness, without ego, spiritual ego, or separation of any kind. Stillness. Peace. Calm. Feel the entire experience within your Heart. You as an aspect of God, and God itself. No separation, no judgment, absolutely unconditional. Let all of the interruptions of the mind, emotions, ego and the external world be un-created.
Every time you hold this stillness – the absolute calm – even for a second or two – your cells will begin to regenerate in alignment with your true beingness. Rejuvenation is important for DNA activation and keeping up with the increasing frequencies. We spend a lot of time releasing and clearing; be sure to balance the shed of the old with focus on the New.
Grounding in the Body for the full experience
Fifth dimensional consciousness and beyond is a consistent, unwavering experience of Unity. Oneness. We say it is a state of Divine Love, Divine Will, Divine Unity because the experience of pure Souce-point was not available in 3D or low 4D.
You must stay in the body to integrate the Higher Self into it. Stay with the planetary flow, align with it. Gaia feels like standing on a boat in a storm on some days – we need to be the calm one on deck.
