The Full Moon is like a pitcher pouring out a healing elixir. The celestial dispensation continues for three days following the day of the Full Moon. Calm and balance, deep breathing, meditation, yoga, rhythmic music and dancing help for receiving the blessings of heaven.

Locally the Full Moon has strong effect in the hour following Sunset when the Moon is rising and at local Midnight when the Moon is directly overhead. This Sun in Taurus Full Moon is called Wesak (WE-sock). Mystics say that the Buddha returns now to help regenerate the Earth.

According to metaphysical tradition, the Buddha was born, attained enlightenment, and left Earthly incarnation under the Full Moon of Taurus. And the Buddha returns at this time each year to bring new light to the world. Spiritual leaders gather in Wesak Valley, a mythic place high in the Himalayas. Here initiates led by the Christ arrange themselves into a great pentagram (the Venusian emblem of world soul) while the Buddha hovers over those gathered radiating light. This cosmic alignment occurs during the eight minutes centered on the moment of the Wesak full moon.

According to tradition, at the time of the full moon in Taurus, the Buddha comes to the Wesak Valley of the Himalayas to bring the powerful spiritual energy of Shamballa to the assembled masters, initiaties and disciples of the Hierarchy, for the assimilation and eventual distribution of this Shamballa force throughout the world.

The Wesak Valley, lying at a rather high altitude in the foothills of the Himalayan-Tibet ranges. It is surrounded by high mountains on all sides except towards the northeast, where there is a narrow opening in the mountain ranges. The valley is bottle-shaped in contour, with the neck of the bottle to the northeast, and it widens very considerably towards the south. Up towards the northern end, close to the neck of the bottle, there a huge flat rock. There are no trees or shrubs in the valley, which is covered with a kind of coarse grass.

Approaching the time of the full moon of Taurus, pilgrims from the surrounding districts begin to gather. The holy men and the lamas find their way into the valley and fill the southern and the middle parts, leaving the northeastern end relatively free. There, so the legend runs, gathers a group of those great Beings Who are the Custodians on Earth of God's Plan for our planet and for humanity.

This group of knowers of divinity are the main participants in The Wesak Festival. They arrange Themselves in the northeastern end of the valley, in concentric circles, and prepare for a great act of service. In front of the rock, looking towards the northeast, stand Those Beings Who are called by Their disciples The Three Great Lords. These are The Christ, Who stands in the center; the Lord of living forms, The Manu, Who stands at His right; and The Lord of Civilization, who stands to His left. These three face the rock upon which rests a great crystal bowl, full of water.

Behind the grouped Masters, adepts, initiates and senior workers under God's Plan are to be found the world disciples and aspirants in their various grades and groups (either "in the body" or "out of the body"), who at this time constitute the New Group of World Servers. Those present in their physical bodies have found their way there by ordinary means. Others are present in their spiritual bodies, and in the dream state. The "dream," which they later relate, has been uniformly registered by people throughout the world, and bears the testimony to the recollection of an inner spiritual happening.

As the hour of the full moon approaches, a stillness settles down upon the crowd, and all look towards the northeast. Certain ritualistic movements take place, in which the grouped Masters and Their disciples of all ranks take up symbolic positions, and form on the floor of the valley such significant symbols as the five-pointed star, with The Christ standing at the highest point; of a triangle, with The Christ at the apex; or a cross, and other well known formations, all of which have a deep and potent meaning. This is all done to the sound of certain chanted words and esoteric phrases, called mantrams.

The expectancy in the waiting, onlooking crowd becomes very great, and the tension is real and increasing. Through the entire body of people there seems to be felt a stimulation or potent vibration which has the effect of awakening the souls of those present, fusing and blending the group into one united whole, and lifting all into a great act of spiritual demand, readiness, and expectancy. It is the climax of the world's aspiration focussed in this waiting group. These three words - demand, readiness and expectancy - best describe the atmosphere surrounding those present in this secret valley.

The chanting and the rhythmic weaving grows stronger, and all the participants and the watching crowd raise their eyes towards the sky in the direction of the narrow part of the valley. Just a few minutes before the exact time of the full moon, in the far distance, a tiny speck can be seen in the sky. It comes nearer and nearer, and grows in clarity and definiteness of outline, until the form of The Buddha can be seen, seated in the cross-legged Buddha position, clad in his saffron-colored robe, bathed in light and color, and with his hand extended in blessing.

Never let your chins drop as the plan for Ascension proceeds to its final conclusion. There are difficult periods to come but they will be followed by changes for the benefit of you all. The plan has been moving into your level for many years, and modified according to the different situations that have arisen. Part of this comes from a better understanding of your needs, and to cater for the changes in your circumstances. As strange as it may seem, we have to make allowances for the actions of the dark Ones as within certain boundaries, they also have freewill. However, their time has all but run out as they try to delay or stop our activities. They know what it is planned for you because we have informed them, and made it clear that we will not tolerate any level of interference with our allies. They are protected and guided by us to fulfill their part of bringing about the long awaited changes.

Different aspects of the intended changes are well advanced and as they are so far reaching and extending to the whole world, you will understand that the timing is critical. It is particularly relevant to financial changes, as they require acceptance and full support if they are to quickly be set in place. The net result will be that your money will be safe and not subject to so many changes in value. The speculators that can devalue it through their rogue trading will no longer have that option, and eventually investments will become secure. A new currency waits in the wings, and in future will hold its value as it is supported by precious metals. Printing money without such backing will no longer be allowed. Agreement to the changes is generally accepted, as it is seen as the only way out of the mess previously created by irresponsible banking. There have been many unlawful practices, and those who have lost out because of them will be compensated. Once all of that is straightened out you will find that monetary wealth will be apportioned fairly, so that all enjoy in the prosperity that will emerge.

The scene has to be set, so that as you approach Ascension you are already beginning to enjoy the benefits that are awaiting you. As we have often informed you, your life will become so different to what it is now. The happiness you seek and the comforts that are your entitlement will become yours quite quickly. They will bridge that gap that exists now, and take you from lack to abundance in every way. The most inviting aspect will be the realization that you will have more than adequate time for yourself, to follow your own pursuits. There will be no more class distinction such as the “have” and “have nots” as every person will be considered equal when it comes to sharing the results of your labors. Much of it will in any event become so automated and computers so advanced, that you will hardly be involved at all. Leisure time and creative interests will more than fulfill your desire to develop your personal skills. Even what you term as “work” will be satisfying and enjoyable, and in no way the chore or bore that you often experience now.

You will create heaven once again on your beautiful planet earth. It is not a time for the faint of heart. This is the time for you each to step forward, to stand in your strength and courage and to know that you have each done this before. You are all masters; you have lived many past lives in great civilizations. You have brought forth your great gifts and the wisdom of God, as you have assisted to bring heaven to other planets. You have created great civilizations, through your dedication and determination.

You are the ones who have incarnated at this time, as you have within your memories, the remembrance of this great dedication and the creation of these civilizations. You have within your divine minds, all that you require to create heaven on earth in this now moment. Access it dear ones. Access it through your strength and courage, through your great desire, through your determination to excel, to succeed, to make this the greatest lifetime you have ever lived on planet earth. It was your intention before you incarnated, and we ask you to remember. Kindle the fires of your burning desire. Step out of the effluvia and rekindle your desire. As the effluvium dissipates through the dedication and the transmutation of the lightworkers around the world, the clarity is there to be accessed more easily. You must ask for the clarity in every now moment, you must rise above the effluvia and see the greater picture. If you allow yourselves to remain in the “what is” of the now moment, you continue to create more of the “what is”. Rise above the effluvia of the now moment. Within each of you, your Diamond Core God Cell is burning brightly, as is your Three Fold Flame. At this time, we ask you to consciously call in the Ascension Flame daily, to further assist you. We ask you to become a keeper of the Ascension Flame, even as you have risen to the occasion and become a keeper of the Violet Flame. Set forth your intention, as you draw in the Ascension Flame, to hold this light in every now moment, for yourselves and humanity, for all life forms and for mother earth. Reinforce the Flame in your field, on a daily basis. It burns brightly for each one of you, and you may harness it, as you ask for the assistance of the Ascension Flame. Within the Ascension Flame is the coding of the ascension of every soul on earth who has achieved mastery and ascended. This coding is available to each one of you, to assist you in your own ascension and the ascension of the earth and all life forms. Beloved ones, also call upon the Flame of Abundance. Call on this mighty Flame to assist you as you create that which you desire for your highest good and the highest good of all creation. Call on this blessed Flame, the light of the Source, to assist you. Hold this Flame for yourselves and for all humanity and the earth. See this Flame blazing out to all creation, as you create abundance for yourselves, as you assist all those who are creating heaven on earth. You are to share your abundance with others, joyfully. As you not only create your greatest desires for the highest good of all, you hold the thought form and the Flame for the abundance of all humanity, all creation, for the highest good of all. There is no limitation, no scarcity, no lack in the higher realms. Claim your abundance and strengthen and magnify this thought form for humanity, as you become a keeper for the Flame of Abundance. This Flame is burning brightly, ready to assist you, and you must reinforce it daily in your field, to keep it burning brightly in your reality.
