Now a fanciful hypothetical scenario...........

Let's say the GFC was caused by a world-wide group of talented college kids who used their IT knowledge to hack and mess with the inner workings of these same financial institutions and the Fed, thus causing the massive world melt-down..........

Do we believe the U.S. government (via the FBI, CIA, Etc) not to mention other countries' investigators, wouldn't have thrown everything into tracking down every last one of the perpertrators and brought them to account before the courts? Do we believe they wouldn't all be doing a Bernie Madoff style stretch right now???

Of course they'd have been brought to account, which just shows up the slime and stench associated with the REAL criminal culprits, who have consistently covered each others backs from Wall Street to the Fed to Capitol Hill and back again!!!

What is the Australian government saying or doing to press for these white-collar criminals to be brought to justice? .... NOTHING. So they're also complicit in the whole disgusting mess.
