I think the Sustainability Party is refreshingly a bloody good contructive idea. I think it has an Agenda for the future of this country unlike other parties that are stuck in the past.
People say, (mostly in regards to the Republican movement and the changing of the Flag)
"If it ain't broke - don't fix it!"
Well I only can say to this "Thats what happened to Aboriginal culture for 40,000 years. Looked what happened for lack of 'change'."
We need change and I don't mean a change of leader beyond what the people are mandatorily forced to vote for.
...yes, I did have many good 'Flag' designs.
Voting is not mandatory or compulsary ... it's complusary to go to the polling station and get your name crossed off.... Then all you have to do is submit an empty slip or just tear it up.
I would support a genuine sustainability party too, but it would have to be truly sustainable in all policies and was not racist in any way.
As for Aborigines they had a truly sustainable culture and then what is laughably called 'civil'ization arrived and practiced their 'humanitarian' genocide. Just as is still being carried out in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and now beginning in Iran .... Just the way Freediver wants it.
