We are pleased for you all that as the festive spirit grows, it is bringing to you a much needed break from the rigors and demands of everyday life. It proves that if you so desire, you can create an energy around you that is unaffected by the lower vibrations. How nice it would be if you could maintain that higher level well into the New Year. However we know that similar messages and ours do not reach everyone, and as the changes develop many are fearful of the future. This is where as informed Lightworkers you can help others, if in no other way than to make sure that they understand that it is only a temporary condition. That the outcome will lift your whole civilization up to higher levels not experienced previously.

The old ways are no longer appropriate for ascending souls that have chosen to take the path to Ascension. By and large you have learnt whatever lessons you came to experience. You can therefore apply yourself to making the necessary break with all that is associated with duality. Move fully into the point of your focus, and by centering yourself you will become less inhibited or distracted by what is going on around you. Just let events find their own level and provide the opportunity for our allies to move in. A number of outcomes are drawing nearer, and disclosure still looks likely to be the first one to manifest.

Certainly the general atmosphere now is one where it has become commonplace to find articles and messages about us. We are no longer viewed as aliens, but rather your Space Friends and that has been one of our objectives for a long time. We have had to overcome prejudice and deliberate misinformation about us, and confusion with the activities of the Greys that are not members of the Galactic Federation. We have some sympathy with them as to the plight of their civilization that was in danger of dying out. However, in their desperation they have made agreements that have not been in the highest interests of your evolution. On Earth intelligence or the understanding of advanced technologies does not necessarily make for its correct application. The greed for power has been paramount on Earth and it is only through the intervention of Divine Beings, that you have been saved from total destruction.

Having at times felt that you were neglected and left to fend for yourselves, you would be amazed if you really knew how the forces of Light have closely accompanied you through duality. They have come from many different levels and also advanced civilizations such as those like us, who have been closer to you than most have. Furthermore, on a personal level you have always had your Guides and Angelic Guardians present, and where necessary they have protected you through each lifetime. Call on them if you need help, and be sure that they will hear you. Help often comes in unexpected ways so do not specifically demand one way to another, but leave all possibilities open. Remember also that time is not an issue away from Earth, so responses can occur at anytime and when they do they will be right for whatever needs you have.

The last word in all of your activities and experiences is whatever you planned to do. Even those so-called negative ones are learning experiences that you agreed to before incarnating. It is why on another level that concerns your civilization; we would not interfere unless given divine permission. You might therefore understand why we sometimes have to stand back, and allow your creations to work out. What would indeed be the point if you did not see the full affect of your desires and intentions. The final closing of the cycle of duality, will be the end of an era of many battles between the dark and the Light forces. Yet you have subconsciously been aware that regardless of how low the vibrations fell, you would still be victorious. Now you are about to experience the last days that are opening you up to the Light very rapidly.

Still be on your guard as the final acts of the dark Ones play themselves out, and as we so often implore you, do not give in to fear. All of the time you hold the Light whether you realize it or not, you are transmuting the lower energies wherever you go. When thousands and thousands of you do so, the affect is tremendously greater and that alone is a way of serving the Light. You can all play a part and believe us that every contribution is as valuable as any other. You may be individuals with a mind of your own, but you are nevertheless an important part of the whole and what you do affects everyone else. Therefore how fast you progress is down to all of you.

There is no denying that hard times are still going to occur, as you cannot otherwise experience the decline and fall of your civilization. Yet your reward by being here to experience it, is that you will also be part of the changes by serving your traveling companions. One day you will look back and feel so privileged to have been part of it. By then you will have forgotten the hardships and challenges you had to face. It will all come under the heading of “experience” and you will have risen to high levels of consciousness as a result.

And so it is that now as I speak, entering into this room, and into the frequencies of those who listen to this recording, in the future, in your timeline, always all within simultaneous time, I bring in with me, through your guides, and the angels and the Archangels, who are here with us, a set of frequencies that start working across your aura and your chakras. These frequencies will display themselves to you one by one, in different colors, and ranges.

The first frequency that is going to come and connect with you is a frequency that will deal with your specific issues around relationship.

Relationship, that is meant not only in terms of sexual, or love, or family, but any form of relating to others, whether it is at work, or with someone you meet on the street, a stranger; the act of being generous, or being kind, or of recoiling.

Relationship. How do you relate? This is a key question, is it not? See this frequency of relationship coming into your heart space now, as a color. It is a color that is specific for you, a color that will allow you to cleanse.

Cleanse what is the old way of being, of being separate, of being not aligned with that which it is you are moving towards: a community, a community that works in harmony, and in telepathic connection, knowing that in the infinite wisdom and source of understanding of the truth of all there is, there cannot but be an alignment, for there is no sense of limitation. What I get is not something you don’t. There is no either/or. There is always an infinite supply of all there is.

And so, in these energetics that we now bring forward, from your heart space, breathe these energies into your heart space, and then let them percolate, and go through your entire frame, your body, and your emotional and mental bodies, percolating, and immolating all that has been, allowing it, in this sense of being compressed, to find a new way of forgiveness and release.

And then the energies that we bring, allow for them to stream out most effectively, down to the center of the Earth.

Indeed, it is time for you to release what you can on this space. For, in the sense of isolation, in the sense of being relegated to that which is your own space of being alone and finding that there is no real sense of connecting, can be a real source of shame and of being separated, including that sense of separation from Source, which is now being healed in most effective ways.

As so it is, that see this color now, and delight in it. And see it as, as you release that which has kept you separate, that which has made you want for more from another, and wanted to seek that which you could find within yourself, the strength within, and trying to find it within another, release all of that now that you can.

And, as you do, see the color that is winding through your heart space out to your entire set of bodies, change into a brighter frequency of that same color. See it become more radiant.

And, as it does, it brings within it an aspect of the new set of frequencies of relationship, that which are being reconfigured, redefined for humanity. One where you will work together in a sense of ease and of grace, a sense of quiet, telepathic, and ecstatic communication, allowing for there to be a communion, a sense of rapture with that which is a divine aspect of Source.

And so it is these energetics now continue to work within your heart space, weaving their way through a new form of brightness and radiance, of beingness, and of coming together, as the Shift proceeds, rebooting you now, at this moment of your Solstice, into your highest potentials of finding community, of delivering a new sense of deliverance for yourself, as you define a new sense of beingness, of togetherness, and of enliven-ness, as you find a new set of liveries being revealed to you, as the garments that will come forward will indeed be fully attuned to a sense of connection and of being part of the diaspora that you are becoming fully attuned to, for there is indeed no separation in the higher planes to which you are connecting.

And so it is that the second set of frequencies now enter your particular body and aura and your heart space. These set of frequencies relate to a sense of abundance, a sense of prosperity, and, specifically, in your timeline, finances, and how do you actually make ends meet, so to speak.

Let these energetic now enter your heart space, and breathe them in with a sense of gratitude. They themselves have a particular color specific for you; a different color from the first set of frequencies.

These set of frequencies are aligned with the higher infinite abundance of all there is, and redefine for you, that which you have always been, a most abundant being, ready to create and divinate all that is available to you. So let this come in and reignite you, my dearest ones.

And, so ask your sacred heart to open now. Allow it to open as wide as it can. Move into it with a sense of quiet excitement, for, indeed, this has never been proffered for a very long time.

As you tune into your sacred heart space, notice that there is a chamber inside. A chamber where there exist many crystals, and beautiful gems, aligned side by side. These gems represent the many aspects of yourself that have been aligned with the truth of reality across time and space, that represent your many laurels, so to speak; the aspects of you that have expressed the strength, the vigor, the courage of Source.

As you notice these crystals, as you walk by within your sacred heart, pick up one that calls to you. It will have a particular shape. Might be a tetrahedron. Might be an octahedron. Might be a cube. Might be a dodecahedron. Let yourself be drawn to one. It will have a vibrancy to it.

And as you pick it up, notice it embodies in your picking it up, the three frequencies and colors that we brought forward. They are intertwining in this crystal, in a new set of alignments, of energetics, and of a coming together of the new dispensation from Source, igniting that potential that has always been within you on this terrestrial plane to become truly that which are meant to be.

Let this crystal now ignite within your hands, as you walk forward now into the Sacred Heart chamber, where you see the Pink Diamond that connects you to Source.

The Pink Diamond radiates out light that in its wonderful expansion allows for the reconnection of the divine feminine light to come in and balance in with divine masculine light.

As these two aspects of the Pink Diamond become balanced with the frequencies that are being opened through the portal of this ascension, there will come a time where you will not know what is the right feminine or masculine way to be. Yet there is none. For they are in the balance. They all work together in a perfect seam.

So, recognizing this note that it is in claiming the masculinity and the femininity that you can find a new sense of spherical unity. And this is one that encompasses the tri-fold flame that we will go to in a minute.

As you balance yourself now in your intention, the Pink Diamond radiates out a set of balanced frequencies that connect with your hands and the crystal you are holding, igniting the three-fold energetics we have brought forward of interweaving a new set of frequencies on relationship, on abundance, and on your true divine pathway to be who you came here to be.

This balanced nature now comes in allowing you to, according to your divine blueprint, connect up to balanced aspects of yourself in as high a set of frequencies that you are meant to go over the next two years with the Shift.

This is this moment in time where you are being rebooted, my dearest ones, into a new set of potentials.

And for those who listen to this, even after this Solstice, it will still have the same effect.

These energetics are being jump-started right now and they will work most effectively and efficiently for the next two years, as the 21st of December 2012 dawns into a very wonderful, vibrant reality on your Earth plane.

And so it is that we now move you. As you look at your crystal now, you find yourself being moved by us through the inner chambers of your Sacred Heart into a mantle where you see a flame burning. It is a flame of your inner soul, burning at this mantle.

And notice that it has three aspects to it, this flame. Three different parts to it, representing the trinity from which you come, the trinity of the Creator, Source, the Creator Sons and Daughters, and those aspects of the Holy Spirit or Shekinah light that reignite all there is and come through this dispensation to align you to your highest potentials, as you are so called to, at this time of the Shift.

And so it is, as you set your intention now, to claim who you came here to be, feel this within your heart space, your Sacred Heart space. Are you willing to be who you came here to be, dearest ones?

As you set this intention now, watch your crystal take these three colored energetics you have woven into your space, jump and connect with the three-fold flame, igniting in a new weaving the tri-fold flame within your Sacred Heart, into the three colors that are perfect for you, allowing you to reboot, re-ignite into the higher frequencies of divine light, love, truth, wisdom, and the expansion into the highest divine potentials of Source, and of Shekinah light.

Let these fires burn bright within. Let yourself become aligned with the fact that the burning is in itself a quietude, for burning does not need to be intense, or difficult. It is simply an expression of your light. It is an expression of your truth. It is an expression of your wisdom, your certainty to step forward into the pathways of who you came here to be.

And we, the army of light that is working constantly to assist with this ascension, we are most grateful ourselves to connect with you and to proffer this opportunity to humanity.

The Teaching Of Spherical Breathing: Using 18 Breaths

There are 17+1 breaths, where the first six are for balancing the polarity, the next seven for proper pranic flow through the entire body. The further breaths are for shifting the consciousness from 3rd to 4th dimension and finally the last three breaths is for re-creating the rotating Merkabah within and around the body. The last breath is not taught. Once each day, enter into this meditation, until the time comes when you are a conscious breather, remembering with each breath your intimate connection with God.


FIRST BREATH: Inhale

HEART: Open your heart and feel love for all life. If you cannot do this, you must at least open to this love as much as is possible for you. This is the most important instruction of all.

MIND: Become aware of the male tetrahedron (the apex facing up to the sun, the point facing to the front for male, the point to the back for females) filled with the brilliant white light surrounding your body. Visualize it the best you can. If you cannot visualize it, sense or feel it surrounding you.

BODY: At the same moment of inhalation, place your hands in the mudra of your thumb and first finger touching. Remember, lightly touch your fingers, and do not allow your fingers to touch each other or any other object. Keep your palms facing up.

BREATH: At this same moment, with empty lungs, begin to breath in a complete yogic manner. Breath through your nostrils only, except at certain places which will be described. Simply put, breath from your stomach first, then your diaphragm, and finally your chest. Do this in one movement, not three parts. The exhale is completed either by holding the chest firm and relaxing the stomach, slowly releasing the air, or by holding the stomach firm and relaxing the chest. The most important aspect is that this breathing must be rhythmic. Begin by using seven seconds in and seven seconds out, but as you get familiar with this meditation, find your own rhythm. The following instructions for a complete Yogic Breath are from "the Hindu-Yogi Science of Breath" by Yogi Ramacharake. Perhaps this description will be helpful.

Breathing through the nostrils, inhale steadily, first filling the lower part of the lungs, which is accomplished by bringing into play the diaphragm, which descending exerts a gentle pressure on the abdominal organs, pushing forward the front walls of the abdomen. Then fill the middle part of the lungs, pushing out the lower ribs, breastbone and chest. Then fill the higher portion of the lungs, protruding the upper chest, thus lifting the chest, including the upper six or even pairs of ribs.

At first reading it may appear that this breath consists of three distinct movements. This, however, is not the correct idea. The inhalation is continuous, the entire chest cavity from the lowered diaphragm to the highest point of the chest in the region of the collar bone, being expanded with a uniform movement. Avoid a jerky series of inhalations, and strive to attain a steady continuous action. Practice will soon overcome the tendency to divide the inhalation into three movements, and will result in a uniform continuous breath. You will be able to complete the inhalation in a few seconds after a little practice.

Exhale quite slowly, holding the chest in a firm position, and drawing the abdomen in a little and lifting it upward as the air leaves the lungs. When the air is entirely exhaled, relax the chest and abdomen. A little practice will render this part of the exercise easy, and the movement once acquired will be afterward performed almost automatically.

FIRST BREATH: Exhale

HEART: Love

MIND: Become aware of the female tetrahedron, (apex pointing to the earth, point facing to the back for males, point facing to the front for females), also filled with the brilliant white light

BODY: Keep the same mudra.

BREATH: Do NOT hesitate at the top of the inhalation to begin the exhalation. Exhale quite slowly, approximately seven seconds, in the Yogic manner. When the air is out of the lungs, without forcing, relax the chest and abdomen and HOLD the breath. When you feel pressure to breathe again, after about five seconds or so, then do the following:

MIND: Be aware of the flat equilateral triangle at the top of the female tetrahedron located in the horizontal plane that passes through your chest at the sternum. In a flash, and with a pulse like energy, send that triangular plane down through the female tetrahedron. It gets smaller as it goes down and pushes out the tip or apex of the tetrahedron all the negative energy of the mudra or electrical circuit, a light will shoot out of the apex toward the center of the Earth. The Mind exercise is performed along with the following BODY movements.

EIGHT BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The prana sphere continues to grow in size and will reach maximum size at the end of this breath. This maximum size is different for each person. If you put your longest finger in the center of your navel, the line on your wrist defining your hand will show you the radius of the maximum size of this sphere for YOU. This sphere of prana cannot grow larger.

NINTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: The prana sphere cannot grow larger, so what happens is the prana begins to concentrate within the sphere. The visual appearance is that the sphere grows BRIGHTER.

BREATH: Sphere grows brighter and brighter as you inhale.

NINTH BREATH: Exhale

BREATH: As you exhale, the sphere continues to grow brighter and brighter.

TENTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: About half way through this inhale, as the sphere continues to brighter, the prana sphere reaches critical mass. The sphere ignites into a sun, a brilliant blinding ball of white light. You are now ready for the next step.

TENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: At the moment of exhale, the small sphere two hand lengths in diameter bulges to expand. In one second, combined with the breath talked about below, the sphere expands quickly out to the sphere of Leonardo, out at your finger tips of your extended arms. Your body is now completely enclosed within a huge sphere of brilliant white light. You have returned to the ancient form of spherical breathing. However, at this point, this sphere is not stable. You MUST breath three more times to keep the sphere stable.

BREATH: At the moment of exhale, make a small hole with your lips and blow out your air with pressure. As you feel the sphere begin to bulge, all within the first second of this exhale, let all of your air out rapidly. The sphere will expand at that moment.

ELEVENTH, TWELFTH and THIRTEENTH BREATH: Inhale and Exhale

MIND: Relax and just feel the flow of the prana flowing from the two poles and meeting at the navel and then expanding out to the large sphere

BREATH: Breath rhythmically and deeply. At the end of the thirteenth breath you have stabilized the large sphere and are ready for the important 14th breath.

THE FOURTEENTH BREATH

HEART: Love

MIND: On the inhale of the 14th breath, at the very beginning of the breath, move the point where the two beams of prana meet from the navel to the sternum, the fourth dimensional chakra. The entire large sphere, along with the original sphere, which is also still contained within the large sphere, moves up to the new meeting point within the tube. Though this is very easy to do, it is an extremely powerful movement. Breathing from this new point within the tube will inevitably change your awareness from third to fourth dimensional consciousness, or from earth consciousness to Christ consciousness.

BODY: This mudra will be used for the rest of the meditation. Place the left palm on top of the right palm for males and the right palm on top of the left palm for females. It is a mudra that relaxes.

BREATH: Rhythmic breath and deep. However, if you continue to breathe from your Christ center without moving on to the MER-KA-BA, which is what is recommended until you have made contact with your Higher Self, then shift to a shallow breath. In other words, breath rhythmically but in a comfortable manner where your attention is more on the flow of energy moving up and down the tube meeting at the sternum and expanding out to the large sphere. Just feel the flow. Use your feminine side to just be. At this point don't think, just breath, feel and be. Feel your connection to All Life through the Christ Breath. Remember your intimate connection with God.

You are asked not to attempt this FOURTH PART until you have made contact with your Higher Self, AND your Higher Self has given you permission to proceed. This part is to be taken seriously. Olivia Farnsworth does not feel tired or hungry and cannot feel pain
Unique Olivia Farnsworth stunned medics when they discovered she has a rare chromosome condition stopping her from feeling hunger, fatigue or pain.

It is thought she could be the only person in the world to exhibit the three symptoms together.

When she was diagnosed, the consultant geneticist told mum Niki Trepak, 32, she had never seen the disorder before which allows the youngster to go THREE DAYS without sleeping.

Little Olivia's condition is described as chromosome 6 deletion but the mix of super-human abilities has never been reported before.

People with chromosome disorders suffer from missing or re-arranged genetic material - one common disorder being Down’s Syndrome.

Mum-of-five Ms Trepak, of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, said: "Doctors have called her the bionic girl, she's made of steel. She's got no sense of danger.

"She was dragged about 10 car lengths down the road. It was horrendous, I don't think it's something I will never get over.

"I was screaming and all my other children were screaming as she ran out.

"But Olivia was just like, 'What's going on?'. She just got up and started walking back to me.

"Because of the impact she should have had severe injuries. She had a tyre mark on her chest. But her only injuries were she had no skin on her toe or her hip.

"The doctors think what saved her from injury was she didn't tense up."

Full-time single mum Ms Trepak said she knew she was different to her other children, especially when she stopped napping during the day at nine-months-old.

She did not sleep and would make up excuses not to go to bed and the first time she ever yawned, her mum recalled, was when she started school.

Ms Trepak said: ”As a baby I always said she was made of steel as she never cried.

”I never thought she'd feel no pain, it was just a joke.

"I remember when she was at nursery, once day the rang me and told me she'd fallen and her bottom teeth had gone through her bottom lip.

"She had to have plastic surgery and when the surgeon was examining her, he was pulling her lip and she wasn't even flinching.

"He said to me, there's something not right about her."

Ms Trepak, also mum to Ella-Mae, 12, Bradlee, 10, Archie, six and four-year-old Poppy, said: "She had bad colic and her hair didn't grow. She had no hair until she was about four-and-a-half.

“People called her a boy all the time."

Olivia who is 'conditioned' to eat is a happy child at home but can suffer from violent outbursts, her mum said.

She said: ”She doesn't let any of this affect her - because for her, she's normal. She's never experienced pain, or hunger, or tiredness.

"But it was such a battle for us to find out what was causing her symptoms. The doctors had no idea what could be wrong with her.

"To look at Olivia you don't know anything's wrong with her. I want people to know and to stop judging. I want to raise awareness or chromosome 6 problems."

Olivia and her mum have been supported by chromosome disorder support group Unique.

About one in 200 babies is born with a rare chromosome disorder but each one can be very different, making them exceptionally rare.

Dear Ones, we welcome you in these times when new and higher states of consciousness are rapidly becoming the norm within  a growing majority.  Many children being born  at this time are actually very evolved Beings of Light who have come not to resolve karma or clear personal energy but simply to assist the ascension process through the addition of their  Light.

This can be observed as you become aware of the many "child prodigies" that seem to be showing up in the world at this time--children far ahead of what has been considered normal in intelligence,  artistic, and psychic abilities.  In reality there are no children for every soul has been through many previous lifetimes.  Allowing the soul in a child body to evolve into their own person is the sacred task of every parent or caregiver. 
 
Dear parents and grandparents, if you have been blessed with one of these "special" children, do not expect or try and force them into the  societal mold you were raised with.  These "new age children"  need independence accompanied by love and structure.  Many a parent of one of these children has discovered that they do not easily fall into blind obedience to some societal rule or another.  Their views need to be listened to and honored, but within the structure of loving guidance and rules tailored to fit their needs and abilities.   

Children must be allowed  to feel fresh air,  to experience nature, and  feel dirt on their hands. They must be allowed to do nothing at all now and then--free from rounds of continuous  activity and technological toys.  Parent's will find their lives become  easier as well with times for doing nothing.   Every soul needs quiet and peace in order to center no matter what his earth age.  Children need love, not continuous activity and  material concepts of love.    Love allows the bud to unfold and  blossom within an energy of safety and security.

Smaller children are not yet fully integrated into third dimensional energy and so many of them  remember their lives and see  friends from the other side.  Some easily see  discarnate beings and may become afraid.  Do not ignore the tales your child may tell about the people in their bedroom.  It can be an opportunity for parents to teach  them that they are never in harms way, and that they have the ability to tell these people to leave.  Frequently children from the other side come to play because the child can see them.  These are the "invisible" playmates so many children speak of and parents often  joke about. 

Many "new age" children  are from  planets much evolved beyond earth and are thus totally bored with what they are expected to learn in the world's  distressed school systems.  They are often diagnosed as ADD and given drugs.    In order to become balanced adults,  children need the art, music, creative activities, and recess that so many schools have eliminated. 

Children need challenges that fit their states of consciousness and need to learn how to deal with disappointment as well as success.  It is not loving to teach a child that every thing they do is perfect and always deserving of a blue ribbon because does not prepare them to live among the many states of consciousness they will encounter as adults.   

The world continues to view the idea of doing nothing as a negative thing.   Doing nothing is an activity, a very important activity for  adults as well as children.   Allow time do nothing--to lay in the grass of a field or natural area and watch the clouds and feel the sun on your face.  Touch and experience the healing energy of  Gaia.   Gaia is a living soul who has chosen to serve as a planet upon which mankind can evolve.  Love her, honor her, and show her the respect she deserves as a fellow Being of Light. 

Too many parents are trying to re-live their own lives through  their children, and too many parents are trying to assuage the personal guilt of having careers that keep them away from home  by  planning activities to fill every free moment or allow technology to be their babysitter.   This is not love, but is simply the belief that providing more and more activities and material goods, along with very little discipline is love. 

We speak of this not to cause guilt, but to shed light on a situation that many well meaning parents have gotten caught in.  With present day technology and its many offerings for activity,  busy parents are easily lured into concepts espousing  what is best for children.   Most parents are sincerely trying to do their best for their children while at the same time express their own individuality. 

Women in particular struggle with these issues because much of the world continues  to see them as "less than"--their only role meant to be a mother, wife, lover, or even servant of the masculine.   Many places in the world continue to hold obsolete beliefs of the past,  not allowing women to express their more evolved states of consciousness.
