A gutsy Aussie

Liu Xiaobo was to commit suicide as did the poet in the origin of the Dragon Boat Racing.

It was interrupted by an angel who said to Liu that she would ask the Nobel Prize Committee to postpone the award ceremony indefinitely, until the day he can receive it in person as a free man.  As “world opinion” is the best weapon for peace, she would also ask on the web: Should Liu Xiaobo be allowed to accept the Nobel Peace Prize in person as a free man?

When voting, people must give their full name and be identifiable.  There is also an opportunity for them to put money where their mouth is by donating to a foundation for peace to be administered by Liu.
Realising that freedom for one Chinese can mean freedom for all Chinese - honour or humiliation for one Chinese can mean honour or humiliation for all Chinese - people voted, including those from mainland China and members of the communist party.

This dream ends with the world becoming aware of the origin of the Dragon Boat Racing as well as a new Chinese legend for a new China, courtesy of someone who died for your attention and action.

Confucius on committing suicide: He who kills himself for no cause is a criminal, but to do so for a noble cause is a hero.  Is the freedom for 1.35 billion Chinese a noble cause?  Is it not the deed of a gutsy Aussie?

Umm gutsy guy I can accept...
But given that he was born, raised and still lives in China.....'gutsy Aussie' (or Auusie) is a bit of a stretch....
