Isn't Gillard's Open door policy brilliant.
Anyone can arive and they get given the red carpet treatment. Oh the stats on those being rejected and actually returned is quite small. Sure some get rejected but then they can appeal and most appellants win!
But how about the latest inductees into Australia.... about 100 teenagers/young men who all "coincidently" have lost their identity papers arrived. And none can advise where they came from!!!
They claim that they are the last in their family, no brothers or sisters or any other relatives, so they had to escape their turbulent and violent homeland.
So what to do...well Gillards plan was to put these 100 into a detention centre suitable for 60 detainees, and it didnt matter if there were already 36 in that place either. Yeah they'll fit in. Great thinking there Gillard.
And to help these 100 young males, they were given access to computers.....to send emails back home! But hold on, they claimed that they have no relatives back home. And it didnt matter that their relatives back home didnt have computers either
Oh the official reason was to allow these youngsters to see what was destroyed back home, what had been bombed! What damge they had caused (oops)
So our govt should be able to: a) identify these youngsters as to who they are, where they came from, and what they are doing here, from their emails. b) the websites of the bombings that the govt advise are freely available for anyone to find.
Well thats all very well and good isnt it......just that the 36 occupants already in the detention centre were then not allowed to use the computers themselves, as our 'new' guests decided to take over the place.
Yes and take over they did, and the reason they gave was "they dont know the rules" so thats acceptable to cause violence and damage! But they do know the rule that if your violent you can take over the place!
Isnt that marvelous, we all cant wait until they're all released and who knows what havoc they will then cause onto society, especially with the umbrella excuse of "don't know the rules".
And if that's not enough, we can do more for these fine upstanding "future" citizens of Australia, like taking them out to go 10-pin bowling as well!
We must go overboard with our hospitality towards these illegals for fear of being branded racist, meanwhile our own Australian homeless and poverty stricken get ZILCH!
These 100 males appear to be similar to back in the 70s(?) when the Lebanese came over and were told to "do as you like".
